I ordered a lovely LV bag and received the tracking information and to my chagrin, the shipping company seemed to do everything they could to not deliver my package and even returned it to Fashionphile before the last posted delivery date. I contacted Fashionphile and they documented everything and assured me that when they received it, they would resend it. When the tracking information showed it had been received by Fashionphile I waited several days I contacted them, and they assured me they would send it back. They did everything right and I am now in possession of my purchase, and it was well worth the wait.

I had a great experience from the ease of placing my order to delivery. The purse is in amazing condition. The pictures online show the purse exactly how it was. I wanted to buy this purse in Bergdorf's over Christmas last year and didn't pull the trigger, i have been thinking about it ever since. Using the Fashionphile website I found easy to navigate and look for items I am interested in. I had browsed on their website many times before but never jumped to finalise a purchase. I also like that you can save things in a wish list, which I have done and like to keep checking on it daily to see if anyone had already snatched up items I have my eyes on. The entire add to cart and payment is easy and communication is prompt with automated emails to let me know when my items are sent with a given estimated delivery time. I like that the delivery was not too long of a wait, probably around 2 weeks and even when I had to pay customs in my country, everything was settled quickly and I was still able to receive my parcel without delays.
I am very happy with my recent purchase and can't wait to snatch up another piece to add to my luxury collection.
This Louis Vutton is the most beautiful one I have ever seen! I have wanted one for a long time and it on sale because it was pre loved! It is in wonderful shape! It was my first time purchasing from fashionphile, I loved my wallet it was better than I expected I will for sure be purchasing more. It was shipped very quickly and arrived just before my birthday so excited
The luggage tag seemed fine in the pictures and when I received it. It wasn't until I undid the buckle and put it on my bag that I noticed that the hole the metal peg goes in was torn and the leather strip is almost torn through. Too bad I cut the Fashionphile tag off.
The items are nicely presented on the site with many photos and descriptions provided. The return policy is also a plus because without it, I will likely not purchase. Also very easy to filter items, because they have thousands, to look for something more specific. I highly recommend shopping here.

Second hand can be a hit or miss. First we called Atlanta location and a young man said sure come we have the bag only for us to drive 40mins there and back to be told they don't have bags at the Atlanta location. Needless to say this experience was sooo stressful, the company claims they allow UPS to leave packages at pick up location which requires a ID yet UPS says they don't. We miss our package. Then once we received it the bag has a permanent bend in it… which was NOT on the pictures lesson learned: save the extra money and purchase it new. There is little to no accountability… customers are just torn fill out feedback.
I'm genuinely surprised by how well packaged my parcel was and the clean condition in which the product arrived. From other shops, I've received things in conditions where I've had to spend extra money getting the item cleaned. The bag I ordered was in the exact condition listed on the website AND it was beautifully cleaned - ready to use. Thank you so much for my bag!
I ordered an item based on the description and it was wrong. I own 8 LV Alma PM bags, the bag i received was not a pm as listed. Now I have to not only pay to return it I have to pay a fee for returning it. This is not fair and not how you should treat good customers.

Requiring customers to leave a review just to confirm they've received their order isn't ideal. The bag itself is nice, but there's a noticeable gouge on the front leather that wasn't mentioned or shown in any of the images when I made the purchase, which is disappointing.
This is my very first experience purchasing with Fashionphile and I am amazed by the selection, and quality of merchandise. I purchased a beautiful Marc Jacobs handbag in excellent condition and it arrived much sooner than expected and in pristine condition. Fashionphile has yet to let me down, I lost most of my bag collection when I relocated to another state, I was able to restart my collection with this service. The quality of the pieces I have purchased are pristine and I am grateful for this company as I am able to enjoy luxury items at a reasonable price.
I ordered a bag on 3/28, and it arrived from NY on 4/4. When the bag arrived one full week later, I was out of town and won't be back in time to see the bag. I had to have my husband send it back. The return policy should go back to either 30 days or 15 days from the date of receipt of the bag, not from the shipping date.
From the moment I placed my order to the time I received it, the process was quick and seamless. My handbag was shipped the next day and I was able to track it so I knew when it will arrive. I pre-signed the delivery so it was was dropped off on my front porch. I will definitely buy from Fashionphile again.
