I didn't like how small the earrings were in comparison to the photos online. It's helpful when it's pictured on a mannequin or AI person for scale reasons.
I purchased a Loewe puzzle bag size small. It's in better condition than what the website stated and buttery soft leather. I will never part with it as it is a forever piece. I put it on luxury layaway which gave me time to space out my purchase (spending). For me very helpful. I love the site

Only after I cut the tag did I open the interior pocket to see the inside was peeling and flaking. Have purchased a few items from you and they have all been as described- so I am going to assume this one fell through the cracks.

I just received the bag I purchased and I love it. The photos and the description were very accurate. The purchase process was easy and I could follow the shipping and tracking. The bag arrived on the scheduled delivery date and it was packaged very well to protect it during transit.
Customer service helped me get my purchase sent to the UPS pick up after I missed all the delivery attempts. I'll know to do this after my next purchase before the first deliveries.
