I've ordered from FASHIONPHILE at least 8 times. This was the first bad experience I've had. The boots I purchased were listed as excellent condition with only minor scuffs. HOWEVER, as soon as I opened the box I was overwhelmed with a stale, very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bags they came in smelled horribly as well. I was absolutely shocked. When I contacted customer service I was told I could return them. I didn't want to return them…. But I wanted you to k on that this happened. I can't even imagine whoever handled these boots weren't overwhelmed by the smell. I am very disappointed with the item and the way my issue was handled.
My experience with Fashionphile from the purchasing process to the delivery process everything went very well. I look forward to making another purchase in the near future so many choices, but things do so fast.
