This is a scam scam do not use book flight never receive my flight information took my money BS site. They say they will email flight info in 24hrs nothing, then they take price up $60 more dollars
We booked three separate flights, received receipt of booking but was advised the booking was not confirmed until of email confirming booking with airline. For first leg of flight we received a booking confirmation pending the ticket, three days later no ticket. On day of travel called to confirm ticket and have it emailed to me. Was told by customer service I had to call the booking agent or better yet email him so I emailed him hours before flight but got no response. Got go airport late afternoon only to be told by airline I'll have to speak with booking agent. Kept calling but got no answers. Booking agent finally picks up half hour before flight claiming flight was overbooked therefore they cancelled reservation. Mind you, no such email was communicated prior. Agent kept apologizing profusely but the damage was done because I now had to start driving 12 hours to one state then another 5-7 to another state.i did stop payment on one of the transaction but the prior two I have to wait, watch as they do call reimburse my card.
I had a family emergency and booked through their website. I had to book for the next day to get to see my loved one. They sent me a confirmation of my booking then never sent my boarding passes. I called this morning and 5 hours before my supposed flight they said they were refunding me because the flight was overbooked. I called the carrier and this was not true. They still had seats available at full price! I hope my loved one lives long enough for me to get there! I would give them no stars if I could!
His name Adair travel specialist agent was best to help me to get & book flight to Atlanta from Dallas at good price. I highly appreciate to this person Adair.
