Ordered a Buffalo Bills snack helmet. Never received it. Asked when delivery would happen and was told twice there was no stock and I could get refunded which I said yes please. No refund. More emails with no response. Did online chat and they said "yep" when I asked for a refund. I then asked when would the refund be issued and no response 3 times. Looks to me like I've been blocked as I tried another chat and no response. Unprofessional and most of all out $100. This company is a complete joke and I will be pushing forward. Buyer beware with these crooks. Grow a set and get back to your customers in a timely manner. Should be 0 stars
The product was delivered in a timely fashion but return it because of incorrect packaging. Said the Buffalo Bills on the box when I ordered KC Chiefs, so it was returned unopened. I didn't even open the package and later was told the Chiefs product was inside. Lance was patient with a refund mix up on my part. Sorry Lance. Would have been a 5 star rating otherwise.
I received an email from the company advising they are shipping the order and have refunded me to make things right. The order was sent overnight and I received it this morning! I am seriously now very impressed. The product was just as described and good quality too.
I placed an order and paid for priority shipping. I emailed them yesterday asking if the item had been shipped and the response was the order would go out today as they were behind on shipping. Today I checked to see if there was any tracking info and saw that the order was canceled and refunded…3 days before Christmas. I only know the order was canceled by my shop app. I have yet to receive any notification from the company. This is probably the worst online retail experience I have had in a very long time.
I ordered an item that was out of stock on every other sports merchandise website. I emailed Fan Shop Today to ensure it was in stock. Lance responded very promptly. The item was received within a few days of ordering and was exactly as described. It was a great experience overall.
I ordered a pair of shoes on 9/04/2022. Six weeks later I had not heard anything so I emailed the company. They responded the same day and explained that the pair I ordered were on back order. I did not want to wait any longer so they shipped me out a different pair that were very similar with 1 day shipping. I think they probably should have sent a notice or two explaining why the order was taking so long but all in all they were very responsive and had very good customer service when I reached out to them. Very happy in the end and will certainly order from them again.

I ordered a Buffalo Bills inflatable Santa on 11/2/21 with an anticipated ship date of 11/22/21. When I did not receive by mid December I emailed them and was told they were still awaiting shipment from the supplier but would ship as soon as they received the item. I emailed a few more times regarding status and received prompt replies every time with an explanation of their issues with supplier and was offered to get refunded if that's what I wanted. As I really wanted the item I chose to wait it out. By the end of January my patience had run out and I requested a refund which was again promptly acknowledged. Within a couple days I received an email from them stating that they had received shipping confirmation from supplier and asked if I still wanted item, if so they could reverse my refund. I agreed and within a week they shipped the Santa to me.
Even though it took 2 extra months beyond original shipping date they responded every time I had a question and were informative and kind, even as they were equally frustrated with the situation. Again great customer service, especially Lance, who kept me up to date! I will definitely buy from Fan Shop Today again and look forward to using my Santa next Christmas!
Ordered a hoodie that wasn't available anymore for Washington Nationals in red Majestic brand. Only down side was trying to find the size I wanted. Went to the next closest of an XL and will make it work. Fast shipping.
