I wasn't sure what size shoes to get for my boyfriend. The site said to get half a size bigger, so I did that. When the shoes showed up they looked really big. So I contacted the seller and asked them what their return policy was. Lance emailed back and told me they would send a return shipping label and replace the shoes with the correct size. When I explained that it was a surprise for Christmas we came up with a plan to have him try on the shoes without him seeing them. The shoes did fit, and it was very pleasant working with Lance to figure out what to do.
