I made a bet that the 30th overall pick in the 2023 nfl draft would be a linebacker, and the player selected was nolan smith, who is an outside linebacker for georgia, and they said i lost because nfl.com has him labeled as an edge.there were a total of 4 linebackers taken in the first round and nfl.com only has 1 listed as linebacker.every other site ive checked has them listed as linebackers.moral of the story is be careful, dont trust fanduel, if theres a way they can screw you, they will! Fanduel will not fess up to when their website has technical issues while playing casino games. The spins were not spinning correctly; and they told me I must be having issues with my computer. My computer is working just fine! I made 51 spins without making a single penny! This was definitely not normal. If the spinner spins correctly, you do win even if it's a couple of cents here and there within every few spins. They are untrustworthy and nothing but a bunch of scammers. They don't deserve a 1-star rating. I'll be reporting them to the BBB!

One of the biggest--if not the biggest--sports betting nights of the year: first day/night of NCAA Tourney basketball. FanDuel keeps taking wagers from TN residents but doesn't provide tickets in the "My Bets" section, so we can't track our bets or do in-game betting. They did not have enough customer support on staff for hours and hours (I'm still waiting). I've had multiple issues with FanDuel. From them putting the wrong lines on the wrong teams/players, and the only way they honor their error, is if you chase them down for it. And even then, Their customer service is useless. They beat around bush and tell you it's been escalated and nothing ever happens then.

Another issue I've had multiple times, is for their promotions. They either do not honor the promotion, or they will site credit a different smaller bet than they are supposed to. And again, it's fanduels error that can only be fixed if you go after them. And even then, chances are you'll never get it fixed or returned.

It's shady business.

Cannot get any help. I am taking this to the authorities. Someone used two of my debit cards, one after the other had gotten canceled. They were canceled because somebody was using my card at this company. When I tried to call the company to get it stopped I found out there is no way to contact this company! Everyone beware! If your card is compromised with this company you cannot get any help! Next step is the police

I literally only told them that cause they were being absolutely useless, I wanted some urgency behind their I don't give a damn customer service. I don't know who you are referring to when you say us but FanDuel is not very good at all. I would even go to say it's bad. I legit got red flagged because I went up to the cottage in Muskoka and made a bet, several months later I finally received my original deposit back. If you work for Fanduel you know your company is terrible. When you pass the buck in your customer service chats to say this is beyond our control, you are in absolute denial, this isn't about gambling responsible, it's about the fact that you can tie up someone's deposit with discretion, Alexandre go $#*! your hat, FANDUEL is $#*! and your pathetic for defending it!

You rarely ever win on fandule and their site is always glitching.Not worth wasting your money.They have free spins 3 per day the most I ever won was 4.00.

In September of 2022 I opened a Fanduel account and deposited $300. I made 3 wagers and then my account was suspended without explanation and my funds are still in limbo. Back then I was directed to send in a plethora of information that I had no idea of how to process and repeated attempts to reach Fanduel were futile. I'm 82 years of age, am not computer savvy, my attempts to contact Fanduel in person have been a waste of time and Fanduel has all of this frustration on file. All I want is to be contacted, close my account and have my money returned. This should be a simple process. Jack Wilton.

Fanduel has 0 customer service. I received suspicious emails about transactions in my account. I contacted fanduel and they said they froze account. I can't even get in to my own account, but after they said they froze it, i received another email that a major withdrawal occurred. They say it is escalated, but don't communicate anything to me.

First time user with FanDuel and it was the worst experience. They suspened my account for no reason after depositing 200 in my account sent emails to get this fixed. They need 1800 number so you can talk to someone to get these problems fixed not just emails. Not a good look for FanDuel..

I won three parlays in a row for a total of $30k and they locked my account. I still have $9k in my account when they locked it. I also had two open parlays they locked. It's now been a month of being locked. Chat now gas no answers and are useless. No phone number to call? They said it's for id investigation but I've picked up money many times with my id at fanduel location. This is a shady site that takes millions from people then they lock your account when you win and give lame excuses why. They are thieves and unprofessional to say the least. Spend your money at draft kings or bet mgm cause fanduel is a joke

I entered an nba parlay on fanduel. 5 mins later I decided I wanted to void my entry. I could not cancel it myself because had to get in touch with fanduel. So, I wrote to fanduel 14 hours before the nba event took place to ask them to withdraw my nba parlay entry.
Well, they never withdrew it and I lost my money entering an nba parlay I never was happy with.
Fanduel does not care about their customers and I will never play at their site again!
They are truly rude and unkind. May the Lord show mercy on them.
