The game Dollar King Thundercash froze while I was playing & would not process my winnings or the ability to proceed with earning additional money. Customer service said they reviewed the transactions but wouldn't comment on the screenshot shared proving my winnings. 4 Thundercash icons wins $10 plus 8 additional spins to claim more money. Customer service brushed off my request. I suggest NOT playing any casino games on DraftKings.

My account gets locked repeatedly (has been over 20 times) because their security detects VPN software on my computer. I enter contests, cannot change my lineups and it can take days to get a response and get it fixed. I would not partake in daily fantasy with Draft Kings. The worst part is you cannot chat or speak with agent, only via email and it feels like you get AI responses. Brutal customer service and treatment of loyal customers.

I played with a lot gambling sites and mostly as any player know you loose your money,didn't have any problem with anyone. First time in my life i took some money,it was singles bet always and i took ******* k than after that they reduce mu bet to 200 $. I ask them why is that,they told me they can choose to do what ever. Not nearly enough attention paid to the powerful addiction that ruins lives. Thousands are already facing financial ruin. They become desperate to find more money to change everything, including stealing from family, but that never happens.

I bet on over 43.5 yards on d. Robinson. Then I went on with my day, checked after game and I lost even though he had 44 yards. Dk changed my bet as it was processing to 44.5. And now they won't fix it. All over $30 dollars. Attached is card I pick my bets from and follow to the T. I have had over ten conversations with draft kings with no solution. What a joke!

I've played blackjack for years on end. I play by Hoyle. Draw against a 7,8,9 or face that the dealer has until you hit 17 or better. What I've noticed with draftkings is when I hit 12 13 14 15 and 16.90% of the time it's a face card and I bust. That move generated by draftkings multi million dollar computer. Guarantees you will lose in the long run. Next time you play. Keep track and you'll see what I'm talking about

I'm appalled that sky tv started running informercials about draft kings all throughout the day. Taking off favorite shows to put this gambling crap ( losing proposition) on tv over and over and over.I mean how many times do you need.to see a ditzoid blond sports junkie bablimg.like a guy about sports. On and on same.old crap. Hate it. Don't care about draft.kings.at.all nor will I ever!?

I got swallowed up with the hoopla deposited $25 after setting up the account even though I only had to do five they never credited me my $250 bonus so I'm out betting on these crazy apps. Another app will not let me finalize the account once I put in $25 to get 200

I had a bet that one and didn't get paid out. I had to email them and show them proof that the BET had won before they paid me. After successfully building my account with winnings they locked me out of it during important games to me. I was not able to withdraw my money or even get signed in. Customer service was less than helpful.

DraftKings is such a $#*!ty sports book dishonest cheaters and customer service is garbage here proof I won and they won't pay bet 365 pay same exact ticket just wager amount but DraftKings grade as a lost

I'm lucky to have time to play small potatoes poker but with my thousands of hands played there are obvious patterns in dealt cards being played. This isn't a random number generator service, nope there's greasing of the gears that spit out patterns you never see live.

I made a 25 dollar deposit for the 2.25 millionaire fantasy pool and the picks I made it then I hit submit an it deleted my picks and gave me picks I didn't even make my user name is LR600.don't ever play this event it just takes your money.I picked both of the running backs of the Cleveland browns K. Hunt and Ford.and I selected Texans defense and as you guys can see for all my selections saying NOT STARTED YET...Smh please don't fall victim

My R.O.I was in the postive so they suddenly closed my account. They emailed me saying I violated one of there policies but wouldnt tell me which one. I have over 8 emails telling them to send me my deposited money of $500. Hope everyone reads the reviews before giving there money to these scumbags.

This site is a joke, save yourself time and a headache, join Fan Duel, got locked out of my account and it was a nightmare dealing with them, in the end I cashed out my winnings and closed my account. They didn't even care or ask what the issue was, I learned the hard way, don't make the same mistake. Good Luck.

They won't let me withdraw my money and their customer service is the absolute worst I've seen of any company my entire life. Do not use DraftKings casino sportsbook you might as well light your money on fire!

I do not care what anyone says, they cheat some how! I was playing Majestic Cats and the more I was winning, the more the game froze and would not come back on, I had to keep logging back in. When I logged back in, I wound up losing all those winnings. I find that to be very suspicious! They loss another customer!

Had a 100$ bet on blackjack. The game crashed before cards were dealt and they did not refund the bet. Literally stealing from their patrons

These guys have been great with fast withdrawals etc, but this evening I was doing a live bet on a cbb game and the odds changed at 147.5, so I closed it and was going to try again and it was at 149.5 and it said I didn't have funds available by the time my 1000$ showed back up the live over was at 152.5, so instead of me needing 148 or 150 for the win. I needed 153. Total ended at 152.1000$ gone over some bs!

This site is not up to par for all the other site. Even still I've been eait a week for a withdrawal of 30$...for real. I'm done with it. Not worth any money you put into especially if you can't get a 30$ withdrawal out. Not worth your time.
