The return / exchange system is flawed.
My son received a Jersey as a birthday gift but needs a larger size. I returned the item on 9/7/15 using the return label provided by the company. I have emailed the company twice and still they cannot locate the item. It has been 33 days! I used their shipping label and USPS tracking reports it was picked up by their agent on 9/11/15.
I feel like I am being scammed.
This is the worst internet shopping experience I have ever had.
I paid for two day shipping. Lasership shipped 27 hours after i orderred to arrive 3 days after it was shipped. Fanatics blames Lasership and Lasership blames Fanatics. My bottomline is i made a contract with Fanatics and they were not clear that the two days starts when they ship. I ordered on my iphone and this was not explained. The onsie was was significant because the college that his mother got her masters plays the college that his grandpa graduated! WILL NEVER PURCHASE from them again.

I wish I could give them less than a 1. Everyone there is incompetent! I ordered a limited Jordy Nelson jersey 3 day delivery... never rec'd the jersey. The shipping company they use is Lasership which is incompetent as well. I live in Maryland and my pkg is in CT with delivery date of 10/8. So now my battle is getting a refund b/c I didn't receive the jersey and they're telling me they need the jersey back before I get a refund! They have lost their damn minds! I'm ready for the fight...
Oh, I forgot about the 3 emails I rec'd from Fanatics about the order and each email says 3 different things!

I've ordered from Fanatics in the past and had a great experience. Yet this time I am starting to get nervous. My package says it was delivered to me and still I have nothing. I ordered a couple of items for my son's birthday a week ago then after reading the reviews and fearful the items would be way late, Iwent out and bought him something else. However, much to my happy surprise, my "Bills" cooler and flag arrived in good shape right on time. I will save it for Christmas. Fanatics must be doing a better job and deserves a positive review after all the stuff I read on this site.

Beware if ordering from *******@fanatics.com Their customer service is AWFUL! They will not exchange this shirt! The bottom shirt is a women's small... The top shirt ordered from them is an adult MEDIUM! Clearly mis-sized! They want me to return and reorder pay shipping both ways and loose original discount! DO ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a Harvard hoodie and t-shirt from Fanatics to celebrate my acceptance. It wasn't till after I placed the order that I decided to check their reviews. I was obviously quite saddened and worried by all the negative reviews. I decided to go back to the confirmation e-mail and track my shipment. I got quite worried when I saw it hadn't moved from where it stopped in Maryland. My worries grew even more when I saw that it was still there after 3 days. However, I checked it late last night and it had finally made it to the station in NY. Thankfully it eventually made it to me in Massachusetts today (which was the stated delivery date).
The quality isn't spectacular, but it's what I paid for and was expecting. I also got a really good deal (50% off and free shipping), so I can't complain at all.
My only complaint would be that when you remove the stickers they place on the clothing it leaves glue which is hard to get out.
So overall, i'll give them 5/5 stars.

They promise 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but its not until you read the small print that it is going to cost $5.95 to be 100% satisfied. If the product ran large or like in my case small, to exchange the product its going to cost $5.95. You send the item back, and they keep $5.95 from original purchase price and refund the rest. To get correct size you have to re-order on website. I'm going re-order alright... FROM SOMEONE ELSE! I am far from 100% satisfied. I will never order from them again, and will tell all my sports loving and buying friends too!

I ordered a jersey and sweatshirt for my sons birthday. I paid for the two day shipping and it is now not suppose to be here until Tuesday. When I called Fed Ex they confirmed that the order was not two days. I called the customer service department for Fanatics and was told by the rep that the jersey takes an extra day to ship... ummm not because it had already shipped. Once I told him that then I was told that when I ordered on a Wednesday that two day shipping would be Tuesday delivery time. After asking for a supervisor I was told I will have a refund of the 15.00 as it was not shipped out on two day delivery. Doesn't make up for my son not having his birthday present on his birthday. Won't order from this place again.

After getting the run around from their "customer service" about how they delivered my package to fedex and to allow fedex tracking to update, it never updated and so I emailed fedex about the problem to see if their site was down, but come to find out fanatics only printed my label but never sent the package to fedex for delivery. So a package that was supposed to ship out on Wednesday and be delivered early next week still has not left their warehouse.

I placed an order on the 17th for a jersey to wear to frozen fury on the 3rd of october. On the 18th it was "shipped" but the tracking number only stated that a label was made. I did a live chat on the 20th when it didn't update and was told that it actually is shipped that day, give 24hrs for it to update, and it could also take an additional 8 days to get to me. The next day, still no update so I chatted again and the second person told me it actually shipped on the 18th before spamming a couple generic messages at me. I am absolutely furious and I sincerely doubt that I am going to get my jersey in time. Stay the f*** away from fanatics.

This place is a horrible horrible business to work with when ordering any products. I ordered items around two weeks ago and after a week of non-shipment they sent me an email saying there was an issue and they were working to resolve it. Then nothing for another week. I received a random refund of partial refund and it came with no explanation. I finally decide to call them today but when I went online to find a number there wasn't one. I sent an email asking about my order and received one back saying that there is some system error preventing the processing of my order. They also said that my order for one item was canceled due to it being unavailable from the manufacturer. All of their communication is just BS because why would they give me an new shipment date but then say there's some system error. I am going to try to figure out how to get a refund of something that I can't possibly seem to ever get because they've been holding my money for the last 2+ weeks. No matter how nice you think the Products are on this website I warn you do not ever order anything from this company. I did not look at these reviews prior to ordering and I should have. I will never ever order anything from them again. I plan to put in a Better Business Bureau complaint on them tomorrow as well. All you get is a response that doesn't even make any sense and it's the same thing over and over again with no action. But you should be wary of any company that does it have an actual phone number and only allows you to contact him via email. They probably steal your credit cards too. I want to the communications they said they gave me a $10 merchandise credit. But I'm not falling for that crap because I can't even get something that I paid for why would I use a merchandise credit to order something to gain and never get it. Again do not ever order from this company!

Don't lose your money on next day delivery, I pay $24,95 extra for that service and it's a scam and when I chat (no phone number to talki) they refuse to repay the money they charged for nothing!

First of all, I believe that Fanatics is using false Tracking IDs. According to tracking, my package should have arrived 5 days prior to when I first reached out to Fanatics. When I contacted them, I received no positive help, other than "We'll put in a ticket to Fed-Ex." I demanded they send me a replacement. They did, and it arrived in a decent amount of time. After that, my original package that was lost in transit was magically found, and also shipped to me. Rather than keep the 2nd jersey (and I was tempted to, since this was almost a month-long process), I did the right thing and returned it. For this, I received absolutely nothing. I suggest using any other website to purchase the same merchandise for the same price with MUCH better shipping.

I ordered 3 products from this company. They are 100% liars. I was told the product has been shipped ( which it hadn't) I was given a false tracking number on 1 item ( when I called fed ex she even said that is misleading) Every time you talk to someone they have a diffrent story. If its a delay then its a delay. Dont lie and say its on the way. I recieved an email saying, package has beenshipped. After 3 days, it hasnt been shipped. They said, it will ship out in 3 more days. What a joke! Companies forget... the biggest advertisement is word of mouth. I will never re-order or refer. The employees need to have morning meetings. When they lie make sure they are almost similar stories. 4 days with different stories. 5th day the guy finally says it hasn't shipped out yet

I ordered a USC shirt and a pair of USC socks from the deceptive fanatics website claiming to be the official online store of USC. I live a couple of miles from the university, and would never knowingly order USC products from Florida. Shipping was quite slow. When the package arrived it contained a Georgia Bulldogs hat and shirt. Even better, the packing slip was for an individual in Canada who had ordered a bunch of Dallas Cowboys merchandise. After explaining the shipping problem thoroughly, and asking about the whereabouts of the items I had ordered, I was told that it had been delivered to me? Absolute incompetent scammers then asked me to pay to ship the incorrect merchandise back to them. I talked to several service reps, none of whom was at all helpful. Sarah was equally incompetent, but was the only rep willing to provide her name. Do not do business with these clowns under any circumstances. I will be heading to the actual USC store on the USC campus as soon as I have a chance. I can't imagine USC wants incompetent clowns like these selling their merchandise.

I should've read the reviews first. I'm so upset with this company. I ordered and when I received confirmation it said it would ship within 3 business days. I'm still waiting. Clearly I am still waiting. I will never again shop here. I have worked at call centers before and the customer service is just horrendous. I needed this shirt because I am a teacher and we had a college tshirt day. That date has passed. Why is it other companies like Amazon, EBay, or even Chegg is much quicker than this company!?

I will never again order from fanatics.com. I ordered two UofA shirts and paid extra for two day shipping. On day four I called to see where our order was. The associate on the phone said they hadn't even shipped my order yet because it wasn't in stock. I was furious! Why let me order and pay extra for something that wasn't even in stock?! I would have gone elsewhere had I known that. So we ended up going to the game with no gear. Oh and the best part was that they "couldn't" (more like wouldn't) refund my money. All I got back was the $15 for two day shipping. Never again will I show here.

I bought a Phila Eagles three quarter tee that looked adorable online. I bought a women's medium and when it came it looked cheap, nothing like it looked online and was ridiculously wide and short. It did ship fast though.

I ordered a hoodie and received a good discount and free shipping. Hoodie is to small so I called customer service to see if I could exchange it with the same discount. The CSR rudely informed me that they don't do exchanges. I have to send it back, they will refund my money, less a $5.50 return fee, and then I can call and ask for the same sale price I received on the original purchase. Wouldn't even let me order it right now with the same discount. I don't mind paying the return fee I just want to pay the same price for the item I originally paid Obviously they are not real big on customer satisfaction and building a return customer base.
