¡MUCHO CUIDADO! No explican claramente su sistema de compra. Te seducen con una oferta VIP, pero al hacer la compra, desconoces que desde ese momento has aceptado sin saberlo que te van a cargar una cuota quincenal de 24,95€. Hice una pequeña compra en agosto, y me han pasado 6 cuotas sin que nadie me avisase de ello. Son unos sinvergüenzas!
Por lo que veo, siempre responden que te pongas en contacto con ellos para solucionarlo, pero no sirve para nada, te dicen que la culpa es tuya por no haber leído la letra pequeña y NO te devuelven las cuotas cobradas de forma engañosa. Además esos créditos caducan al de 90 días, por lo que si no haces ninguna compra, perderás el dinero.

/ Cuando no eres socio ofrecen precios muy ventajosos para captar clientes.
/ Cuando haces la primera compra, automaticamente te conviertes en miembro pagando 24,95 euros mensuales. Y en ese momento todo cambia: misteriosamente los precios se incrementan y los gastos de envío se disparan de forma escandalosa.
/ Mienten cuando dicen que tienen los precios más ventajosos. Totalmente mentira, los precios están inflados para que parezca que hacen un descuento.

Comprei um rímel neste site, após a compra de 4,29€, obrigaram-me a pagar 4,95€ para sair, retiraram o dinheiro sem autorização, sem em momento algum me informarem que tinha de pagar para sair, sendo que não tinham passado 14 dias, no próprio dia de adesão cobram esse valor para sair. Recebi o rímel em casa, completamente seco, já aberto, sem estar lacrado, não dá para utilizar, reclamei, enviaram o dinheiro para a conta falinas para gastar no site, o que que sucede é que os portes de envio são extremamente caros, 12€ apenas de envio, deviam devolver o dinheiro no método de pagamento original.
NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM ESTE SITE, É FRAUDULENTO.

Hecho una compra en 06.11.2022, de 3 Sesderma - SESKAVEL GROWTH loción capilar anticaída 200 ml, me han costado 46,38€, nunca lo recebi, el 09.11.2022 me han cobrado 47,00€ y el 23.11.2022 me han cobrado más 47,00€, al total me han cobrado 140,38, no recibido mi pedido y no hay un teléfono en España para que posan me ayudar, sólo hay un número de Inglaterra, pero yo no hablo inglés, yo quiero mi dinero de vuelta, pues no recibido ningún producto y aún sigue cogiendo mi dinero en cuenta, sólo quiero mi dinero y la cancelación de la inscripción que están me cobrando, quiero mis 140,38 de vuelta!
Yo envié una mensaje a Falinas en 14.11.2022 hablando que aún no tenía recibido y que me ibas de la dirección que puesto en 16.11.2022, vosotros me han dicho que iban me enviar y que iba llegar a tiempo, nunca lo recibí, me cobran 47€ a cada 14 días, sendo que no solicité que cobren ése valor de mi cuenta, estoy sin los productos comprados y sin 140,38 en mi cuenta, sólo quiero mi dinero de vuelta, sólo eso, nada más!
