Like many many many other customers here:
They took £24.70 monthly from me until I realised what was going on
I don't know how but during the first purchase THEY TRICK YOU into getting a vip membership, I WAS NEVER AWARE this was happening
After STEALING YOUR MONEY, they transform it into credits that they say they cannot reimburse (as if money disappears)
These same CREDITS CAN EXPIRE of course, making even more fun of people
To not go through the hassle I was still willing to use these credits to get it over with
They were UNABLE TO DELIVER ONE SIMPLE PACKAGE, claiming that it was the pandemic or covid's fault. Preparing for the birth of my first child, I have been ordering a lot from everywhere and had zero delay or problems with any other company
I have been in CONFLICT with them for MORE THAN TWO MONTHS
Sent dozens of emails to chase them because, of course, they are not actively helping to solve situations nor do they give answers to questions
They are unable to deliver the only product I would have needed from them, cancelled my ordered and STILL REFUSED TO PAY ME BACK
Only after I got enraged and after numerous emails, they sent me back half of my money and said they would give 35% of the other half back and the rest in their stupid credits while they know they cannot even give me the only product I would need. THIS IS INSULTING.
They made me WASTE TIME AND ENERGY having to deal with this, NO ONE needs this especially now
TO SUM UP, they trick you to steal your money and set up direct debit to your account, they refuse to pay you back, even when they cannot deliver, they do not update you unless you put the energy chasing them and they reply with copy paste emails including useless hearts and other smileys that have nothing to do with your request.
Then they protect themselves under the terms and conditions (like you will see when they comment on this) while THEY KNOW THEY ARE TRICKING YOU. I have never experienced such horrible, cynical, two faced company.
