Was so disappointed when I received this! It is literally a flimsy bathmat! This whole set up is a scam at best! They offered to refund me after arguing for 4 days only to find out there it will cost $30.00 just to ship it back!

I ordered a light bulb camera that I saw on facebook. They sent bogus tracking numbers. Said then it was coming USPS. Bogus. Then said it was leaving the point of origin airport 20 days after I ordered. Tried to cancel the order because it was a scam. Paid $59.60 through paypal. I think what they were trying to do is extend it enough so that paypal would send them their money. Don't deal with this company. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Bought one of their Petmats. Biggest waste of money. I'm pretty sure they sent me a crappy mat that was returned by someone else as it had hair all over it. It looks nothing like what is advertised either. Thin and has a tiny piece of foam inside and I know this because it came ripped at one end.
I've emailed the but no reply. Do not bother with this website and definitely do not buy their "amazing" petmats. A bath mat I paid $8 from kmart is better quality then this junk. Wish I had read these reviews before buying one.
I see I am not the only one ripped off from this company. Ordered 3 pet mats, which were not cheap, and got crappy bath mats! After sending them all the information and pictures they wanted, they did admit, they sent the wrong rugs. If I send them back they might send me a refund! What's the biggest rip off is even though they made the mistake, they expect me to pay for return shipping to China! Really! What company does that.So frustrated! If anyone knows how I can get my money back, let me know!
The pet mat I received from Fairy Days is a flimsy piece of junk. It doesn't stay in place and is wearing out after only one month (as seen in the photo). I paid over $60 and it is completely worthless! What a scam! I can't believe I got sucked in.
I bought 3 rugs from them and it does work. I don't like its light color, but it all seems pretty good. My pups really love it, they always lie on the rugs and sometimes sleep on it. I didn't have to wipe pet paws anymore. Great product.
This pet mat is nothing like it was described. It is more like a blanket on the floor. I have been trying to get my money back but they want me to pay for return shipping to China. I am not going to spend that kind of money to return a item that is not what they said it would be. Don't buy from them. Their stuff is junk
I received 3 amazing pet rugs from Fairydays.com a week ago and I have to say that they do work. Previously, I was totally tired of cleaning up all of the traces of my 2 dogs' paws and my husband's shoes. I had to sweep at least 4-5 times per day. Since the day I got these rugs, I just have had to sweep only once. The rugs catch a lot of dirt and water and they work relatively well. I am quite satisfied about the quality. Now I feel that the housework becomes easier for me. However, there is one little thing that I'm not really happy about my rugs. One of my rugs is kind of small, so it does not fit my front door. If only I chose the larger size, it would fit better TT.TT
Even a 1star rating is generous. Did not have the option to give the 0 star rating deserved.
Paid for 2 expensive "amazing petmats" should have recieved nice plush carpet looking mats, recieved 2 very ugly, thin flat bathmat looking mats. Sent photos below showing their ad compared to what was recieved to them and asked for a refund. They accept i should indeed get a refund. But only if i send the product back at my expence with tracked shipping to china. I do not believe that they will refund even then, i expect they will send the same mats onto the next victim, or will not sign for goods and claim never recieved. I am processing a dispute through paypal. I still have to try resolve with the supplier first. Do not buy form them. I believe they are a scam. If you have been ripped off also notify your bank or paypal
To all of the reviewers who loved the rugs they received, I'm happy for you. The rugs I received are NOT the rugs I ordered. The rugs I ordered were supposed to be thick pile (see the picture from the website). What I received are thin, flimsy, NO pile (see the picture of what i received). I'm not saying the advertised rug doesn't work. I'm saying they sent me the WRONG rugs and will not honor their "full or partial refund if item is not as described". POOR customer service. POOR quality merchandise.
I ordered 2 "amazing pet mats" from Fairydays.com I received 2 cheap, flimsy mats that in no way resembled the advertisement photos. Their website says "100% satisfaction guarantee". I contacted them to return the mats, was told I have to pay shipping - which, if ANYWHERE but China would have been fine. It costs more to ship them back than it cost to buy them. Fairydays advertised a product, sent an inferior product, will not honor their guarantee. This is a rip-off and a scam company. PLEASE learn from my mistake and do NOT do business with this sham of a company.
Bought a pet cooling mat here. My dog immediately loved the cooling pad, which was incredible because he's never enjoyed anything I've purchased for him (that he can't eat)
Like others, I bought 2 of their Pet Mats. Complete SCAM. Sent back to them at my expense, but reading the other reviews, looks like I won; t get a refund. Got conned.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they sent me a tracking number but when I try to track my package I'm told there is no information. I have e mailed several times and just keep getting told my package is in transit.It's been several weeks now.Not sure how they are still in business
I'm usually careful about scams... but finally got conned... Their Pet RUGS are the biggest scams and you will be certain to lose your money. Besides the refund policy is non-existent.
They even know how to con PAYPAL. I had buyers protection with PAYPAL who first asked to me resolve the issue with the customer. I informed PAYPAL I posted it to the CHINA address the customer requested. PAYPAL said I should have waited to hear from them and send it instead to the VIETNAM address that came in later...
DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. THEIR PET RUGS DO NOT WORK and you would be throwing away good money!
They are a scam don't order from them at all as I didn't realize it until now & not sure exactly what all happened but what I do know is that I ordered 2 outlet space heaters no discount but when I clicked on it to add discount it then said & showed that I was charged for 4 of those outlet space heaters, then when they shipped it out sending me an email it then said that I ordered 2 window scones scrapers which I didn't order and not wanted when I don't own a car & don't drive so why would I order that as I would never unless it was for someone else which I didn't at all. Smh. Added along with the 2 outlet space heaters that I added in my order that I only wanted & added the 2 outlet space heaters so that part is correct as it should of been just the 2 items only.
