I ordered a car that was expected to be delivered in 10-12 days. After signing contracts and paying about $900 for the start fund and 1st monthly payment I was excited to get my car. I received emails regarding the signed contract and the receipt of payments but the 2nd person in the Returns Dept. was not helpful at all. She answered every question with "I'm not sure... I'm not an engineer... I don't know because this has never happened before!" I think its interesting that there are no glitches when you're signing contracts and giving them your money but as soon as it's time to process a return suddenly there's nothing they can do. I wanted soo much to used this service because on the outside it seemed easy and convenient but between the app glitches and the unhelpful customer service it's just not worth the money!"

. There seems to be literally dozens and dozens of certain models ( with poor dependability reviews) is this just a way for dealerships to sell off poor quality vehicles? Each of the 3 vehicles we've chosen (after careful research) is "no longer available" (you receive a text 3 days later after you've given them your financial information) aside from the time and anxiety involved (worst buying/leasing experience I've had); starting to seem a bit too coincidental. Is this another scammy business operating under the guise of providing a societal benefit while actually conducting it's business in a manner more unethical than industry norms? Possibly.

Blown Away

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Support is like nothing else I've ever experienced! They hold your hand through the whole process and watch out for you in every way. You are absolutely catered to and they do everything they possibly can to make sure you're taken care of and happy with your choice! I couldn't say enough good things about Fair. TL; DR - Simple. Great App

Fair help me get my first working car lol. It helped me get off my feet with just 500$ downn Payment! It also gave me a young 20 year old girl newly license a 200 per month insurance rate with the car! In a bad area and I'm from jersey full coverage. Insurance goes by the car. I've seen for as low as 100$ Fair is truly fair. Don't worry about credit or anything else. They will always accept you. Sometimes you have to wait 30 days for them to give you a little limit budget. But you still get a car :) The only thing is the maintenance. Getting it done seems like a hassle for me. Plus you will have to fix any damAges done to your car. Like wear and tear on brakes. Tire change not rotation

So far so good picked up my new Chrysler 200 at the dealership after completed all necessary paperwork with fair via app oh and I'm a say very impressed is long as you have everything you need to complete the process like insurance drivers license etc. etc. Plus in the basement and fair really comes throug

I've tried plenty of ways to upload my Driver's license and have not succeeded. I have been in contact with support and they have not helped out at all is there an online desktop version of the app because it doesn't give me options to do any updates on here.

Got a car thru Fair

I could not be happier with their service. They are very helpful when researching the car you d like to lease. Once you select the car process takes about a day and then you schedule your pick up. The car I got is amazing. I love now clean it was and also the process of picking it up was fast and easy. I had almost a brand new car in less than one hour. Thank you Fair. I appreciate this brand new amazing way of getting mobile again.

Slow and poor customer service. This app has frozen me out because it falsely assumes I live in an nonparticipating state but I actually do live where it is offered. I have been trying to contact customer service for well over a week. I get this horrible chat system that doesn't keep records. Put a phone number up so customers looking to spend thousands can talk to you! So horrible with the response and delays.

Fair is clearly is juicing it's positive reviews! The customer service is horrendous. Cars disappear after you order them. If you're a rideshare driver forget it--these rates will guarantee you are either a slave to Fair or you lose money each week working less than 50 hours. Dealership experience is just as shady as its always been and Fair owns up to none of their epic screw ups. Just a disaster! You've been warned?

The app doesn't work to its very best. After I put my phone number in I get an error message saying I'm not quite qualified yet due to the lack of information I cannot input because the app lacks that capability of this function

If you want to get ripped off go ahead and download fair give them a try it's been about 1 month since i turned the car bAck in i made all my payments on time and now all of a sudden I'm being charged for a late fee of $125? When fair was in charge of taking out the money every week from my account how could I be charged for a late fee? I don't want to pay those $125 but good luck going and arguing with them that you made all your payments on time. I would never recommend fair to anyone please avoid waisting time and money this is completely unfair what an irony.

I worked with Beverly who was fantastic in her efforts to assist me. I had many questions which she patiently answered them all. She provided a ride for me to pick up my car. Beverly's customer service was top notch in her efforts to make the process as easy as possible for me. Payment seriously!

I currently heard about fair and with me being a young adult and not the best credit I was so game to finally get a car. I did all my research on the cars they have available and finally found one I would like. They had a special for Labor Day so I went for it what better time! When I went to go pay for it told me they don't take pre paid card as payment. I contacted customer service rep and asked why and if I could just link my pre paid account number to the account she simply told me would not move forward it's like seriously my money is as good as anyone else's a payment should be a payment I am very unhappy with the service and probably will not get a car here

Around this time last year I started having trouble with a car I used to own. It sat in the mechanic shop for 2 months before they could look at it. I came across this app and it took me 6 months to decide to go for it. The only regret I have is that I took so long to decide. I have had nothing but blessings since I signed for this vehicle. The team is so supportive and they called me to make sure I had everything I needed. Answered all my questions and helped me so I can browse through the app with more confidence and get to know everything about my commitment with them. There's nothing hidden. Just read! Fair Program
June 8, 2019

Our car went down on us because of a seized engine. We have been over two weeks without income from Uber. The fair program has taken our deposit and first week rental fee to include insurance and now for the past week we have been waiting to get a car. Customer service has been working with us on every call to help us. I would recommend patience with this service as it takes days to complete. ****Update **** Hubby got word from Uber Customer Service that he will get a complimentary ride to the dealership to pickup the vehicle. Please pray for our family that this works out since this is our only income right now. ****update**** Hubby got a vehicle and is now back on the road. The whole process to get a vehicle takes time (days) but to get assistance with issues
