A person stole my package but returned it to me. Product was as described and I received excellent customer service.
2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!
Men's electric shaver would not take a charge.
They want a 15% restocking fee and they want you to pay for shipping for the return. Buh Bye!
Btw, I did eventually get a representative on the line and never got an apology for their defective product. That one thing would have gone a long way for a better impression.
I ordered a Braun 90S@ 129.95 on 5/19/17 (have their invoice confirmation). I received a Braun 92S (replacement part) advertised on their site on 5/23@ $99.95. I called and asked for a credit of $30.00, and the customer service person said she could not do that. I asked for a supervisor, she said that one would call back---no call yet. (Note: the 92S can be purchased from a major seller at $20 less) I would not recommend using this firm..
I ordered a refrigerator filter 2 weeks ago and paid for priority shipping. Two weeks later, 2 phone calls later, It's MAYBE arriving "in a couple of days". The only reason not a 1 star is the poor guy on phone was nice. How does it take over 2 weeks to go from NY to CA? Would not recommend.
I received email confirmation 3/16/19 for an order I placed that day for a Garmin GPS. When I voiced concern about receiving it prior to an imminent vacation, the salesman said he'd expedite the shipment at no extra cost so I'd receive it in two or at most three days. This was not the fastest shipment which would overnight it to me for an additional large sum, the exact amount of which I don't recall. But I could live with 2-3 business days. To my dismay, that's not what happened.
According to USPS tracking records provided to me, the package left New York on 3/18/19 and traveled across the country (perhaps by pack mule) and was delivered to my house at 6:30 PM on 3/23/19, SEVEN days after I placed the order, not the 2-3 business days promised. (I actually didn't receive the package until the following day when a neighbor brought it to me because it had been mis-delivered by the post office, but I don't fault the FactoryOutletStore for the post office's further delay. Nonetheless, I have handfuls of pulled out hair as I tracked the package daily, biting my nails and fearing having to leave on my trip with no guidance. (Turns out I made it with hours to spare, no thanks to FactoryOutletStore, and with no time to learn how to use it.)
So, if you're not in a hurry to get your package, go ahead and buy from this guy (assuming you're willing to risk the complaints expressed by other reviewers). I won't be making that mistake again.
The GPS I purchased works great but not what I ordered. The FactoryOutletStore will lie to get a sale no matter what the lie is. I specifically wanted a Zumo 395LM listed in stock. I called twice and they assured me they had the 395LM. Even today the website shows it as "in stock". Not true. They shipped another unit. You can not believe anything these folks tell you.
I ordered a second product and needed it in 6 days. I paid for express shipping which is complete BS or pure profit for the store because they shipped standard shipping which takes 8-10 days instead of their quoted 2-5 days. The UPS-MI website is worthless because they enter information whenever someone takes the damn time to enter something and most the time that website doesn't function at all.
ONLY order from this vendor if you can wait 2-3 weeks to get your order, no matter what you have requested.
I have used Celestron Factory Outlet Store and I purchased two Items one was the celestron AstroMaster LT 70 AZ Telescope and a Meade Instruments Infinity 50 Telescope I purchased that Telescope from Meade Factory Store Outlet. The Tripod was not good I needed a replacement and Meade Instruments replaced the Tripod. But then I purchased a Celestron UpClose G2 10 X 50 Binoculars I then received the Binoculars and one of the Objective Lenses broke off. It was delivered by Fedex. All other Astronomy items the box had a Handle with care fragile and another box that has a Telescope says Handle with care, Frigile, Don't drop. I also purchased a 2 Year Factory Protection Plan plus a 1 Year Celestron Protection Plan from the Manufacurer. I ordered the pair of Binoculars from Celestron Factory Outlet Store it was ok but FEDEX delivered it but they dropped off at my Pourch of my house they dropped it without nowing what it is inside. It was broken by FEDEX which I think they did it. I called up Celestron Factory Store Outlet and wanted a replacement but thye will not give me a Replacement they will not send me a new pair they will not send me a Celestron Upclose G2 10 X 50 Binoculars. Other Telescope companies if somehing broke they will replace the Telescopes or Binoculars for me. Celestron Factory Outlet Store said they will send me a full refund but they will not send me a Replacement I did send then a photo of the defective Binoculars but still they won't send me a Replacement item. I ordered from Agena AstroProducts a Celestron Heavy Duty Alt Azimuth Tripod and something was broken on the Tripod I sent the Tripod back to Celestron and I am going to get a Replacement Tripod I also ordered a Pair of Celestron Binoculars from Scientifics Direct something happend with them I got a replacement Binoculars from them and I ordered a Telescope from Orion Telescopes & Binoculars and they sent me a Replacement Telescope. My Opinion is this Celestron Factory Outlet Store is a good company but they will not send me a Replacement Binocular. I feel they should if they don't they shouldn't have a warrantry they should honor the warrantry and replace the item nothing more nothing less. They are not very honest.
I bought Clarity phones as a gift for my dad who is hard of hearing (model E814CC and 2 handsets, model E814HS) and he absolutely loves it!
By all means, please purchase this phone from Amazon or Clarity directly do not be tempted to go with FactoryOutletStore like I did. My dad decided he didn't need the two handsets, so I thought it'd be easy to return them. Wrong! I was given the run-around and was told I had to return the entire bundle of phones (even though the handsets were each in their own boxes). Seriously?
The customer service rep even told me that "if I returned only the handsets, I would have a tragic experience." Really? No logic whatsoever, and a frustrating customer service experience.
Tip for consumers:
Be careful of their return policies. Not clear that you cannot return a partial bundled purchase.
I ordered a Map 64st with the expectation of receiving it in the 2-5 day delivery time stated on their website. This would have been in time to take on my hike through the Northern Rockies. After 2 days of not receiving a shipping comfimation, I contacted Garmin. I was told that the 64st was on a 5-10 business day backorder. I told them to cancel the order. 2 days later I get an email response from Garmin basically saying "it's to late to cancel, the order has shipped, here is the tracking number". After checking the tracking number I discovered that it had not been shipped at all. It was still sitting in the Garmin shipping department. Still they refused to cancel the order. A full day a half later FedEx finally got around to picking up the package and a date for delivery was shown. It would be 5 days late to take on my trip. I checked the tracking 2 days later and the delivery had been moved out a full week! Two days AFTER I came back from vacation! Now, I am getting the run around on the refund. If you have to buy a Garmin, spend the few extra $$ and buy from a reputable dealer. I'm pretty soured on you Garmin.
After writing bad reviews and complaining to the BBB, they accepted the return and have issued a refund.
Will not accept returns. Yet sales invoice indicates they will, and web site prominently displays "Easy returns"
Phone (Clarity) for the hearing impaired was not loud. Existing phones we have are much louder (uniden)
Their web site said if I ordered that day, package would arrive within 5 days. Great. I need it for a trip I'm leaving on night of 6th day. But then a day later I get an email message from FedEx saying it won't arrive until 7 days. I call fed ex, is there a delay, weather? No, FedEx says that this shipping method is 5 - 7 days. So I call FactoryOutletStore, complaining that it's misinformation on their site. They don't say it's a mistake, they don't apologize, they say "It arrives within 5 days for most people," as if that makes it OK.
I explain I need this item for my trip. To ship it so it'd arrive in time, it would cost $25 add'l but the store only offers to pay $10 add'l.
Fortunately, the actual delivery was done by USPS and I held my mail so this late package stayed at the post office while I was away, rather than parked on my doorstep. Though of course I didn't have the item I wanted for my ship.
The store did pay for return shipping and did refund my money so it's 2 stars, not 1. (Though for some reason at first they just refunded partially, I called and complained, received no explanation why it was partially, but rest was refunded.)
STILL, WHY THEY ADVERTISE THE PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE IN 5 DAYS WHEN THE SHIPPER FEDEX SAYS 5 - 7, I HAVE NO IDEA. IF EVERYTHING WAS THIS MUCH OF A HASSLE, I'D NEVER SHOP ONLINE!
I ordered a car charger for my Samsung Galaxy 6 Active. The website stated it was in stock, and would ship in 2-5 business days. When trying to check my order number, it said no such order number existed. I called to inquire, and was told the item was on backorder. I asked why I was not notified of this and was told hundreds of items are on backorder. They then sent a backorder email. The agent on the phone said 7-10 days, yet there was no time frame in the email. Luckily my card has not yet been charged.
You asked for the recipient's email address and not the buyer's email address. So, at the end of the ordering, your recap showed the recipient's email address for both of our addresses. That means that THEY ( the recipients of the GIFT) received the confirmation AND the price paid for the GIFT! Just got a text from them saying we shouldn't have paid so much!

I posted previously and gave Factory Outlet Stores 2 stars and then stated that it was only because Google took a stand for me and got them to refund my warranty charges. They were able to persuade Factory Outlet to give me back what they were trying to hold on to as restocking fees and I was repaid in full. After reading the reviews on here, I doubt I would have had any success trying to get this on me own. Thanks Google.
I ordered a gps watch on Dec. 22 paid for 2 day shipping - item was backordered. Once available, they took three days to ship it. Then the shipping is two days. I will never order from them again. Also, they couldn't get my gift card to work. It wasn't worth the savings. And I still do not have the watch.
I ordered a battery for my canon camera after the salesman assured me over and over that the battery I was ordering was an original Canon battery. Should have gone with my gut feeling. Recieved the battery in the amount of time stated. Placed the battery in my charger, it never would charge. I tried to put it into my camera. It was the wrong size even though the battery had the correct battery number on it. Call the customer service line to get a refund. At first the agent wanted to send me another battery which I promptly told him I wasn't interested in. I also let him know that when I was ordering the battery the agent I spoke to assured me several times that it was an original Canon battery. The agent I spoke with today stated no, they are replacement batteries (knock off). The only reason I gave a 2 star rating was, after I said I just wanted a return it was no problem. Says will get a refund in 2-5 days. If this doesn't happen to call back. If I don't get a refund I will change my review to a 1 star rating
When I came to your factory store website, I was not very happy that you would allow offers from other business's to trick me into calling them. I expected to make a purchase from you. But after my purchase I was prompted to call a number for a $20.00 cash rebate, I almost called the number until i noticed it was a trick. Not very happy that you would be a part of that kind of bait and switch tactic

Attempting to use PayPal for a purchase from Factory Outlet was misprocessed. Calling the customer Service to correct the error was done over the phone without any change to the fixing the problem. Returning the item cost a return shipping fee and 15% restocking. Is any of this customer friendly?
Purchased 12 expensive batteries for our Motorola radios. Website had all the right model numbers and I went ahead and purchased what I needed. I actually needed more, but I am glad I didn't purchase them. When the batteries arrived (and they did arrive quickly), they were NOT the model number I had purchased. Not even close. The voltage was wrong as were the other specs. I called the company and spoke to someone (this company's customer "care" location must be in India-if you understand what I am saying). After some difficult conversation with someone who doesn't speak English very well, I was informed that I would have to pay for the return of the order that THEY messed up. Great customer service! So, I have decided to keep what I have... and use them until they fail... and never again buy anything from this company. False advertising doesn't go down well with me. I'd advise you to stay away.
Placed order on 8/12. Waited for tracking information for 6 days. Nothing. Went to the website and was advised FOS was waiting for tracking information. I sent an email asking for a better status. Was then told item was on back order and should be "received" in 7 to 10 business days. Responded to that message with a request to clarify if I would receive it in 7 to 10 days or would it be received by FOS in that time frame. No response. On 8/25 asked for an update. No response.
I looked for a Minn Kota trolling motor. They sell at the same retail price as others without as good a warranty
SET UP AN IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT AND NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL, CALL AND THE "COMPUTER" HUNG UP ON ME THREE TIMES. NO DIRECT LINE FOR TECH, JUST ABN EMAIL... DOESN'T ANSWER QUESTIONS BEFORE BUYING PRODUCT.
FACTORYOUTLETSTORE.COM is a RIPOFF. Unless you want to pay top dollar for refurbished items, stay away. What's even worse, they send you a copy of your order, with "BRAND NEW" in the listing of your item ordered, then when you call to complain and return item, they have the gall to charge you a 15% restocking fee. Definitely crooks run this outfit.
Emailed offer of 10% discount and then tell you later, buried in fine print well into ordering process, that the discount only applies if you order $100 plus worth of mdse.
The title says it all. I saw on the bank site that my credit card was charged so went to the FOS site and see the product is on backorder and will not even be received by them for "7 to 10 days." This is close to illegal and definitely against bank rules. I cancelled the order and will wait a few days to see if a refund shows up.
Edit 7/17: They must know who I am... correct amount was creditted. Separately, I found the product on another site for the same price, paid $15 additional and had it the next day.
