I ordered 6 yards of fabric on Oct. 1. Received two weeks later when USPS Made me pick up and wanted me to pay additional $25.00 for deceivers because they shipped incorrectly. I refused shipment. I emailed and called them and never received a response. I'm the meantime. They shopped back to me last week of Oct. I no longer needed the fabric. I sent two more emails and left two more messages before someone finally responded to an email giving me a return authorization number. I had to pay the $25 shipping g to return it after all of this.

Terrible company, don't ever order from them. I ordered a ream of fabric and they never shipped it. I got an order confirmation in my email, but nothing ever shipped. I waited and waited. I emailed and called fabric direct for days but no one ever replied to my emails or voicemails. The other number listed on their website is disconnected. My project missed an important deadline because they didn't ship my order and simply don't reply to customers. Seems like a scam.

I was a little skeptical about placing an order after viewing the reviews, but I took a chance although I didn't receive a tracking number and no luck with customer service my fabric arrived after 5 days and I am soooo happy!

I ordered 4 yards of double gauze fabric. I was worried after reading some of the reviews but mine is of great quality and arrived 4 days after I ordered it. I will shop here again.

I have called and written you several times. I am missing 19 yards of Red Satin material. Even my order says partial filled. Yes, you explained that since I changed colors on the silver Chiffon to white, this is why. However, in ref to my 19 yards of satin, You owe me a refund. I am an older lady that has adopted a special needs child. I was hoping to make her a dress for an upcoming dance. You asked me to send you a copy of the packing slip, which was not included with my 2 yards of chiffon and 2 cones of thread. You then asked me to send you pictures of the merchandise I did receive. I explained I do not own a cell phone or a camera that takes digital pictures. ALSO taking pictures of what I do have serves no purchase. Then you were going to talk to your cutters to see if this was cut. CUt is one thing received is another NOW PLEASE do the right thing and refund my money. I can see by these reviews your a sorry company but lets start 2022 off right ad issue a refund and in doing so I will let the world know you are truly a good company and I will place another order.

The fabric was sent to the wrong address. Customer service said it was my error despite having a receipt showing I'd sent the correct shipping address. The terry cloth I ordered was full of pulled thread throughout the yardage. Ugly and unusable. It took 15 days from their receipt of the return to process my refund, and that was after two inquiries.

I ordered fabric from fabricdirect.com in April 2020- I finally received part of my order in late June. They agreed to reimburse me for the part not sent. Now they are saying that they sent entire order and won't reimburse me. I understand that due to COVID issues delivery delays are to be expected. But I received no communications from them after trying email and phone calls- I had to get Pay Pal to start resolutions before I heard anything. I have an invoice that shows the part of my order that was cancelled. I do not order on line often and this experience has me not ordering with Fabricdirect.com again.

They inflate shipping prices just so they can keep the fabric prices cheap! Ripoff! Plenty of other online fabric shops have reasonable prices for both fabric and shipping! They will lose my business and I will recommend my youTube followers stay away from them too! I have a sewing channel and I recommend great places to get fabric online. A lot of my subscribers want to make what I make using the fabric I use, so whomever I recommend ends up getting business from me! This won't ever be you FabricDirect!
