I ordered fabric from fabricdirect.com in April 2020- I finally received part of my order in late June. They agreed to reimburse me for the part not sent. Now they are saying that they sent entire order and won't reimburse me. I understand that due to COVID issues delivery delays are to be expected. But I received no communications from them after trying email and phone calls- I had to get Pay Pal to start resolutions before I heard anything. I have an invoice that shows the part of my order that was cancelled. I do not order on line often and this experience has me not ordering with Fabricdirect.com again.
