Yes, you explained that since I changed colors on the silver Chiffon to white, this is why. However, in ref to my 19 yards of satin, You owe me a refund. I am an older lady that has adopted a special needs child. I was hoping to make her a dress for an upcoming dance. You asked me to send you a copy of the packing slip, which was not included with my 2 yards of chiffon and 2 cones of thread. You then asked me to send you pictures of the merchandise I did receive. I explained I do not own a cell phone or a camera that takes digital pictures. ALSO taking pictures of what I do have serves no purchase. Then you were going to talk to your cutters to see if this was cut. CUt is one thing received is another NOW PLEASE do the right thing and refund my money. I can see by these reviews your a sorry company but lets start 2022 off right ad issue a refund and in doing so I will let the world know you are truly a good company and I will place another order.
