I ordered a month ago and paid for international shipping to Canada. The order confirmation shows tracking information for UPS only, but not who the international carrier is nor their tracking information. After chatting extensively with customer care, they claim that I had an option to PAY for tracking information at checkout (which I did not and is unheard of) beyond the $12 of shipping that I already had paid for two decks of custom cards. Essentially they have no way of finding out where my order is. This is very frustrating - I suggest other Canadians find an alternative site that ships more responsibly, especially around the holidays.
Fabness has, by far, the best canvases I've ever ordered hands down and some of the best, no questions asked, 100% satisfaction guaranteed, customer service around. But their shipping costs over the last few months have shot thru the roof and have made them unaffordable for me. I used to be able to order $100 worth of stuff and get free shipping and now they charge shipping per item. Please make your shipping costs a little less pricey, maybe cut them in half so I can afford to buy from you again!
Fabness is a wonderful source for personalized items. I have ordered personalized house signs, cutting boards, blankets and lots of pics using my own photos. Customer Service is outstanding. Laquita went above and beyond to fix a problem with my latest order!
I've probably ordered and given away about 10 large cutting boards to friends all through out the years as birthday or Christmas gifts. I love the styles, I love how Fabness does it so perfect. I had the best experience with this company. I ordered canvas prints. Laquita helped me with an issue I was having. Then she proceeded to go above and beyond by offering better suggestions, making revisions to improve my order, and spent time with me as a customer. I truly felt she cared about my order as much as I did myself. I would recommend Fabness to anyone, and this company should keep Laquita M forever, and they should put her in charge of all customer service!
I wanted to order a few small soft cover photo books and calendars. The shipping costs were $31 to post within Australia! I know these would fit in a $15 post bag. Just be ready for expensive shipping on top of your order.
I have ordered a few times from Fabness and they are processed and sent quickly and we are very happy with them. Customer service is great, after having a problem with a recent order not arriving (Aust post lost the item), Fabness reprinted it and posted it out again, no charge. Will definitely use again.
After receiving a canvas order at my house it was immediately clear to me one of my canvas prints was not what I intended. In discussing with customer service (LaQuita) we determined that it must have been the case that I placed my order in error. LaQuita was extremely understanding and helpful and as a one time customer service exception said they would send an updated canvas print for which I only had to pay shipping for. I've done business with Fabness several times over the years and this is one of the many reasons I will continue to search them our for my canvas needs. Great customer service and a great product. I used a Groupon to purchase a canvas print from Fabness, whom I will call "unfabulous" from now on. The print was awful. It was enlarged to the extent that areas of the image were cut off. They made no apparent attempt to correct for image. In addition, the hidden "shipping" charges were more than the Groupon cost. I had to contact them to find out if my order was received and when it would be shipped. The website had no record of my order (and still doesn't, even after it was "completed"). Top recap, the groupon offer was deceptive, the service was lousy, the finished product was terrible. So far, not much to recommend them.
I ordered 7 canvases from Fabness and they all turned out "Fabulous"! What I'm really impressed with, however, is the customer service part. One of the canvases I received wasn't quite up to par. I messaged customer service and they immediately got another print of the canvas sent out to me! I love my canvas prints and I love this company. I definitely recommend them.
In moving into a new office space, friend suggested that I take photos from recent trips to decorate my office. I came across the fabness.com website and placed an order for a couple prints on canvas. Delivery was quick and the price was more than reasonable. They came back amazing! I have now had multiple prints done for friends and family in addition to ones I've kept for myself.

If I could give them a 10 star rating I would but there's only 5! I've been buying my canvases from Fabness for several years. I'm a photographer and display these in a gallery as well as at several art shows during the year. They are the best in the business. We recommend using Jpeg images that have a file size of about 1mb for a Photo Book. You can use Instagram or Facebook images, however we do recommend that you use them as a collage or 4 photos to a page; these images can appear blurry or "pixelated" if used on a full page as the resolution is low. Q: Do I need to create an account? Yes, you do need to create an account when you are creating a Photo Book. This is to allow you to upload and save your project to your account, and also means if you would like to save your project half way through creating your book you can. It is also handy for reordering extra copies of your Photo Book as you can simply add it to your cart. Q: How do I edit text for my Photo Book on my phone? Touch the text area and it should bring up the text box. To delete the text box, click on the element, then select transform, then click and drag the element off the page and a little trash can icon should appear to delete it. Q: How do I delete a Photo or template when creating a Photo Book? Click on the element, then select transform, then click and drag the element off the page and a little trash can icon should appear to delete it. Q: How do I add a new Photo to my project? Click on My Photos at the top of the page. Select the album you wish to upload to, and then select upload. Click on Local Drive, Facebook or Instagram. Select the images you wish to use and add photos. To go back to your project please click Continue. The new images will be located at the bottom of the album. You will need to manually add the new images to your project. Q: How do I change Photos in my Book? Please click on the image, and select remove Photo. You can then go back into choose photo and add a new one that way. Q: How do I save my Project? Please click on the disk icon which will save your project. At this stage there is no auto save so please save your project at least every 5 - 10 minutes. Q: What size should my images be? We recommend that your images should be between 3-10 MB in Jpeg format. Q: How do I edit my images? Click or tap on the photo. You will then see a little hand icon appear, and below that Pan/Zoom and Transform. To rotate, on the left hand side you should see a list of options: Choose Photo, Rotate 90, Remove Photo, Change Layout, Change Theme, Add new Photo and Add new text. Q: How do I add or delete pages from my Book? At the bottom-right-hand corner of the editing area of your book you should see two double page icons, one with a plus button and the other with a trash can icon. To add pages click the double page icon with the plus button. Please make sure you add the new pages to the back of the book. To delete pages select the second-last double pages and then click the double page icon with the trash can. Unfortunately you cannot delete the last single page. Q: How do I autofill my Book? Q: I have a Voucher/Coupon code to use; how do I apply it? Once your book is in the shopping cart please add your code to the Discount Code area and click on Apply Coupon. The total amount should be reduced. Click on proceed to cart once the amount is correct. Q: Can I store images? Fabness allows you to access your images through My Photos.
