I ordered a month ago and paid for international shipping to Canada. The order confirmation shows tracking information for UPS only, but not who the international carrier is nor their tracking information. After chatting extensively with customer care, they claim that I had an option to PAY for tracking information at checkout (which I did not and is unheard of) beyond the $12 of shipping that I already had paid for two decks of custom cards. Essentially they have no way of finding out where my order is. This is very frustrating - I suggest other Canadians find an alternative site that ships more responsibly, especially around the holidays.

Because you are an international order, tracking across countries can be an additional expense. The only issues we have encountered for shipping in Canada, was due to the country-wide postal strike last year. I will contact you offline in hopes of receiving additional information.
