The clothes I received were awful quality and horrendously overpriced for the quality I received, and they make returning clothes ridiculously long winded and difficult. But worse still, I was made a VIP member little to my knowledge which costed me £44 and I have just spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to cancel this and have the money refunded. Just do not use this site, it's a complete waste of time and money and I really hope to see it closed down asap.
Extremely misleading that you are entering into a contract by making a single purchase at 'VIP' price. There are initially 3 prices: intro offer (cheapest), VIP and then full price. However when taken to checkout they opt you in to be a VIP member therefore getting you into a contract of £44 a month!
When I realised I googled and can see they have already been taken to court on their misleading advertising and I called up and after much hassle, speaking to 3 different people I got authorised a refund.
Wasted so much of my time and so angry about the whole process, totally felt conned by a million dollar company. I explained if I bought something online from any reputable company they would never to do this and I have never come across such a ploy from such a big company to kscam people out of their money.
I ordered an outfit on Fabletics thinking this is great £22 isnt bad. Also paid for express delivery at £6.00 and still never received my product until more than a week later. Thats not the worst part! About a month later I got an email from PayPal to say £44 had been taken out of my account from JustFabUK. I pankicked and thought someone had accessed my details only to find they are connected with Fabletics and will be doing this every month, I have tried to speak with Fabletics about both the payment and the non existent express delivery
Stay away from this company, they rip you off by not making it clear that you sign up to a rip-off monthly fee of £44. My18yr old daughter purchased a pair of leggins which were in the sale at £14.95 and once paid on checkout she waited for delivery. They arrived but a few weeks later this company withdrew another £44 from her account, she rang them to ask why and they told her its a monthly, she stated that she never signed up to and would never sign up to a monthly fee as she is saving to go travelling and only works 1 day a week due to college so can she have her money back and close her account but they refused a refund and just said nothing they could do. The customer service reilly sucks, they are trained not to care and hold back from any refunds.
PLEASE stay away from this company or you will for go the same experiance, i will now be seeking legal advise via citizen advise bureau
I bought two pairs of leggings on May and then went on to find out that Fabletics charges $50 a month. Noone is answering the phone. I found out something about a membership that even on my acount i cannot find anywhere that I am charged.
I ordered a pair of leggings for my daughter for Christmas, they didn't fit so arranged for a courier to collect. 2 weeks later I had not heard anything and there was still no refund on my credit card.
Customer service did confirm they had received my return and had credited my fabaletics account. I explained I didn't want a store credit and wanted a refund which is what I had stated on the returns note.
A week later I still hadn't received my refund so emailed customer service again. The refund had not been processed at all and when I was asking questions about when the refund was actually processed they simply would not answer. 3 weeks on and I still haven't had my refund! Yes the leggings are lovely but if there is a chance they won't fit, I'd stay well clear of this company... nothing bit a bloody rip off!
Waiting 3 weeks plus for a refund is an absolute shambles.
I have been charged monthly for membership from Fabletics without my permission. They did not send a confirmation email of my acceptance of their VIP membership, nor did they clearly outline I was a member in any email. They could have at least sent an email after my first payment to them giving me oppurtunity to cancel. Now they have taken £200 from my account. They have not clearly advertised at all. I am furious, considering I am a medical student already struggling to pay for university. No other suscription service uses such horrrible tactics to scam poor students into such a scheme ie amazon prime. Numerous reminders and warnings. I simply thought I was buying one outfit online and now I have lost £200
This is a SCAM. Hidden and a very dodgy way to take your money! Fabletic cought you with its offer of two pair of leggings for £29, which it is a lie. Once you make your first purchase, fabletic automaticly add you in the VIP member list, without your consent. 49£ are taken from your account and will be taken every single month!
Even if you cancel the membership, they still keep your £49 which you can use, they said! But the offers have gone and the only thing than you can buy for this amount is a pair of shorts! Shameful!
Bought 2 pairs of leggings in the black Fridatpy sale. Reasonable price at £27.95 for both pairs. Leggings arrived in good time and seem of good quality. One week later £44 is taken out of my account. I rang up to be told I was now a VIP member and that £44 would be taken out each month. What a con! I do not remember reading anywhere about that happening, asked her to cancel my account and she said she couldn't do it as today is the 7th and they can only cancel account between the 1st and 5th of each month. Joker. Eventually she agreed to cancel the membership and told me I have a £44 credit on my account. I'd rather forgo the £44 than use this $#*!ty company again.

I had similar experience to other ladies, I could not recall signing for VIP membership, I only noticed when money was taken out of my account. The same day I contacted them and asked for return of my money as I cannot recall signing for membership, I also asked to cancel it asap. The response was that it is not possible to cancel membership and I have to go ahead paying it and if I don't want to pay, I have to go to my account every month and put it on pause. I could not believe what I've heard. I contacted my bank and asked to block any payments to this company, what they have done and I'm grateful for that. Now I lost £49 for some membership that I never wanted.
I have ordered 2 leggings 2 weeks ago. They never arrived to me. I had just called them and they said that I should order other leggings as those I have ordered are out of stock. They never informed me about this.If I hadn't called them, I would never know. Awful customer service- awful online shopping experience. I would never recommend it.

Became a VIP member not realising they automatically take 49,95 from your account every month. Cancelled my subscription after two months but still had to use the 99 EUR credit. Did that reluctantly but just wanted to be out of it and went over by a couple of EUR as there was nothing for 99 EUR. Next month money was booked again. When I said I had cancelled my subscription they said I has ordered again using the VIP price (no other was available to me) and so went back in as a member. AAAhhhh so very frustrating! Never ordering from them again.
The whole company is a scam. They make money by charging people because they don't buy anything from them. To stop the charge you have to buy something from them. Awful awful company. NEVER buy anything from them. If anyone from there is reading this, give me my money back, you scammed me for £400
Honestly, the worst company I have ever been a consumer for. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
They are scheming, manipulative and will sign you up to direct debits with the most poorly worded explanation you will find.
You become a "VIP" (with or without your true knowing, it's literally a "sign up to emails" tick box that actually means we will keep all your card details and charge you repeatedly, oh and that's £44 per month).
Kindly, you can "skip" that month and you can keep your hard earned £44 as a credit' but funnily enough you can't use your credit' (that you DID NOT WANT) on any of their promotions. You have to check out as a guest to do that.
So unless you want to spend a ridiculous amount for a SINGLE pair of leggings, be put on hold for ages, be sent customer emails that are literally copied and pasted policy because this is repeatedly the problem they get... then steer well clear.

I didn't know what I had signed up for. They took £264 out of my account, when I rang up this company to request a refund for the membership points the woman who I spoke to tried to only give me half on my money. After a while on the phone she finally gave in and said I would have all the money in my account between 10-14 days I rang up on the 10th day and a different woman I spoke to said it was not down that I had wanted a refund and that I only wanted to close my VIP account. Going to wait and see how long it will actually take.
Canceled my VIP subscription along with the order almost immediately after the order. No response regarding the order, today - 2 days later, they have dispatched my order. Now I am not even sure if my VIP membership was canceled.
I purchased gym clothes at the offer of £28 but sadly was conned massively and I unknowingly became a " member " which gave them apparently a free reign to access my account and take out £ 44 a month! No better than common theives. Money I can ill afford and had to borrow money to pay a bill, due to them taking this money out of my account! Better still I tried to call them ( no answer) and I tried to cancel my illegal membership online by trying to click on the link ( guess what) it won't allow you to click on it! It's such a scam and ms Hudson should be ashamed of her self DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! You have been warned. So I wonder how long it takes me to try and get my money back!
Will definitely NOT be ordering from here again. Great product, however found that the company had taken £44 out of my account after I'd payed for my product. After complaining, I was told by a friend that when you sign up, in VERY SMALL PRINT it says its a £44 membership monthly. This is ridiculous and by the amount of people making the same mistake should be changed and made more obvious.
I had a VIP membership that I cancelled. When I tried using my remaining credit I needed to find something that costs 49.95 euros (not more, not less). So I tried to pass my order and it didn't work. I called the Fabletics and I was told that I need to choose VIP price, not standard. The problem is VIP price is not mentioned anywhere, only standard and I cannot make my order. I explained this to Fabletics over the phone and I was told that this is how the system works and that I need to check from time to time as sometimes they also write VIP prices. I am very dissapointed and angry with this service and Fabletics in general. I lost 2 hours of my life trying to solve this issue with no results. Will never recommend it to anyone and won't use it again myself. I would like to ask Fabletics to pay me back 49.95 EUR as I am not willing to spend any more time on this
Be careful when ordering under their VIP scheme. They will then continue to take £44 a month from your account and getting your money is not made easy by hard selling sales team.
