Quality is great as usual. My only complaint is that the boots did not come in boxes so both sets of boots had some deformity to them which will need to stretch out before wearing. Otherwise, wonderful.
Ordered 2 pair of boots one came in the other was no longer available, never notified they were not coming, they were a Christmas gift. I have cancelled my subscription and will not order from Fabkids again.

Hi there, our son was so excited to get these shoes, but was very upset when the lights stopped working on one shoe within the first couple of days of wearing them. They also were fairly uncomfortable. He will not wear them anymore

My daughter wore each pair and they didn't even last a school day. The inside of the shoes are all coming apart after less than a day of wear.
I have been using this site for 2 yrs and love it. My daughter loves it as well. The clothes are of great quality and great price.
Anyone who gives this company a bad review clearly does not understand online shopping or didn't read the terms before agreeing to be a member.
None of the clothes I ordered fit, and for some reason when I returned I was only able to receive store credit? Still unsure as to why that is since it's been impossible to get in touch with a customer service rep. Not looking forward to being stuck on the line cancelling my justfab order once the refund comes in.

I called to cancel & spoke to a lady for 35 minutes who had obviously been coached in the art of deflection. Every time I said, "I want to cancel my subscription," she responded with, "I can absolutely do that" but ever did. I THOUGHT she understood. As we disconnected she even said, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I said, "No. My only goal was to cancel this whole thing." Three months later (Why 3 months? I believe they thought it might go unnoticed by me if they waited a few months) they began charging me again! I've attempted to cancel multiple times. I guess I need a lawyer.
My daughter got a gift card for Christmas for $89.95 - I have been trying for 8 months to use it. Finally they were able to locate it, when I went to purchase an item for my 10 year old who is on the taller side, nothing will fit her, not to mention these styles are for 5 years olds. Very babyish. The shoes stop at size 5 and even the leggings which she could wear are all out of her size. This site is a joke for older kids and very expensive if you don't become a VIP. Customer service is not very helpful.
You can absolutely know without a doubt that this scam is just that. It preys upon innocent unsuspecting people (of which there are many of in this country now thanks to the flood of immigrants who expect better of the United States). Up front they con people into a 'membership;' then when discovered they try to charge a ridiculous 'termination charge'. Come on Google. Why do you allow sites like this to operate on your platform? You can damn well bet that any good review here was either fabricated by a company rep or was written by a complete idiot.
Called to get better clarification of what the sizes were and why there was no size 13 shoes. They said it goes by age which is understandable but please tell me what the measurements on the size that you suggest for my child's age. They could not offer me an answer and hung up on my face. I spoke to two different people and I believe it is a scam. I don't know if anyone has ever received any real shoes from here but I would not purchase any from this terrible company. It makes no sense how you do not have proper size information and that you decide to hang up when a person asks you hard questions.
Be aware that Fabkids is as subscription and will charge recurring payments unless you opt out.
I bought shoes for my nephews not knowing this and was charged $49.95 the next month for subscription fee
Fabkids did cancel and refund, but it was not clear at original checkout the service was a subscription.

Horrible company! I would give 0 stars if able to. Tricked me into signing up as VIP member through a promo in which I thought I was making a single purchase... big mistake! They DO NOT clearly state you are signing up for anything but once they have your credit card number, good luck! Their products are cheap quality also. Do not waste your time or money with these people you will regret it if you do!
Ordered four sets of comfortable fall outfits and my son's are to small according to the size chart he should have room to grow in them and thats not the case sadly. My daughter loves her outfits and has worn them numerous times already as she lives for comfort. Besides this the day after I ordered over 100 in merchandise everything purchased went on sale so i was no da disappointed.

I'd watch ordering from this site.
I only went on to order my daughter two pairs of sandals and now they are charging me $50 for the month since I didn't skip or order anything.
Ridiculous, why can't you just order and be on your way!
Have gotten many purchase where there some of the girls sandals there strap around the toes does not stretch so my daughter can't put her feet all the way in but they are the right sizes even bigger ones I've got

I spoke to a customer service representative that helped me reorder my purchase after never receiving it. Still, it's been over a month and there's nothing to indicate my order will be coming soon. I ordered the shoes in May hoping to get them for summer.

Bought a dress for my daughter, completely defective and won't fit over her head! There is no way to put it on. They will not accept a return as it is over 30 days. Stay away, there are so many other places to spend hard earned money for clothes that kids can actually wear.
Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
