They take extra payments while your a member and then they keep taking after u cancel your membership. I've lost hundreds of dollars. I always get in contact with someone easily but they never delete my banking information like I've asked or refund money

None of the clothes I ordered fit, and for some reason when I returned I was only able to receive store credit? Still unsure as to why that is since it's been impossible to get in touch with a customer service rep. Ordered shoes for my grand kids and had to pay only. 86 for the purchase because of my rewards. Then one pair was too small so returned them and had the replacement within 3 days. I love FabKids and shop with them quite often to get terrific deals and cute items.

Shipping takes entirely too long. The shipping fee for returns is ridiculous. The quality of the shoes are not comfortable. I'd be better off popular brand named shoes from a department store for far less.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
