I ordered my niece 2 pairs of shoes on 12/19, on 12/24-I received an email the delivery will be delayed due to the items not being available. The email did not provide an estimated time phrase will the shoes will be restocked.
On 12/27, I called Customer Service (Rafael) to get an idea when my order will be shipped. Per CS Rep- the order was cancelled & he has no idea why. He also stated, I can expect a refund with the next 5-7 business days.

Already wrote one review on Fab Kids and received a email from "IVY" apologized and sent an additional email saying I would receive a refund within 7-10 business days that was A MONTH AGO! THEIR SHOES ARE CRAP AND THEIR CUSTOME SERVICE IS CRAP. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered from just fab.com. Then get an email with an offer from fab kids. I ordered from them got a good deal and was happy about it but somewhere in that damn fine print it says apparently that by ordering from them you're agreeing to pay 39.95 a month for a membership. It must Of been deep in the fine print because the order was regular as usual and said nothing about signing up for a membership then a month later I get a random charge for almost $40 and didn't order anything. Also they send you scam emails saying you have a $40 credit then you click on it and it says you have a $10 credit. Just very scamish to me. Have never had a problem with just fab or random charges or anything but fab kids is definitely shady. The outfits I did get were cute but nothing special. Definitely not worth full price but were great for the deal I got before I knew about the whole fine print membership thing.

The clothes, jackets, boots, and shoes are real cute. They show up looking very nice. However, after a couple of washes done according to the label, the colors faded. The boots were very easily scuffed. One pair of pants totally changed color. (Panda Corn pants)
