First time customer. Ordered 4pair of shoes for my granddaughter. They were very true to size & great quality!
Good shoes durable soles don't look cheap definitely a deal I just wish members and non members were the same pricing
I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and several clothing pieces and all of them are such cheap quality. The one pair of shoes is already separating from the sole and my daughter wore them once at the playground one afternoon. The leggings are very thin, as are the dresses and skirt I ordered. I would not recommend any of the items.
Shipping also took a long time. When I attempted to call to discuss the issues with quality, twice I requested a call back and never received one. Poor customer service.
My daughter absolutely loves all seven pairs of shoes I got her and I love it only cost me $61 delivered. Even if I went to a cheap discount store I'd be lucky to get 3 pairs for that price & they wouldn't be the high quality shoes that last and last like these do. Her shoes from last years are still in great shape and are only being replaced because they're outgrown.
My grandson a jean jacket with fleece sleeves. Fits perfect and he loves JustFab clothes.
My granddaughter a kitty dress and a kitty tee shirt. They just got a kitten so she especially loves them. They both fit perfect as well
I would love to be able to review these shoes, unfortunately, I still have not received them. I have had 3 different delivery dates and been told by 2 different representatives that it is still within their delivery window even though both told me they would be here the following day.
Our first order never arrived. I had to reach out multiple time to inquire about the status and request a replacement order be sent. And even with the replacement order, I had to reach out several about the status because my order was not delivered on the date estimated and when I reached out, a date couldn't be provided as to when I vould expect our items. It took over 2 months to receive our order. It was absolutely ridiculous.
Shipping was fast secure and price was right! Wish they did older kids but other than that! I appreciate the quality for my 7 year old!

I love the site and all that came with it. The shoes are very cute, but not a big solution. I can't tell you about the quality of the shoes because I haven't received them yet.
The purchase process was very easy and the shoes are cute. But my delivery has been delayed at least twice since my order was placed. I'm honestly not sure when my order will arrive.
Super cute shoes but after 1 wear (granted with a 3 yr old) we noticed that under the glitter its just the mesh before inside the shoe. So granted I got them on sale for $5 but I would still like better quality of having the leather thats already on most of the shoe that has no glitter underneath the glitter part as well. Because of course its glitter and it will come off (totally understand). So its a No to these at Full/Normal pricing but okay at the $5 I got them on Sale.
I tried reaching out the carrier as the update on the delivery said "out for delivery" for a week. The carrier only does AI communications so that was extremely frustrating and my children are so disappointed. I have no answers, no shoes, no refund, just disappointment. I don't even want to purchase anything online anymore.
The tall brown slouch boots. My daughter at first complained that it was tight on her pinky toe but after "breaking them in" the next day it was fine.
The furry black & grey boots are her fav
We love to buy shoes and sandals for my son, and nephews, they are very comfortables great colors and designs, great prices too.
Shipping is horrible my package was scheduled to come Sunday December 8th it never came they changed the date to Monday December 9th it still didn't come and today is Tuesday December 10th my package is still not here i ordered the 28th of November
I still have yet to receive my package I've been so busy trying to get other options for my kids shoes because the order was needed for back to school I've tried being patient seeing as tho it took a while in the beginning to even get a delivery date now it's saying it's been delivered and it hasnt
Very satisfied and quick delivery! Good material and perfect size! Highly recommend this is our third pair from here definitely will be ordering more often.
Love all of the uniqueness Fabkids carries—different than the mainstream stores-but not crazy?! My daughter loved her slouch boots and I know she'll love the rest at Christmas!
We placed our first order on the 9th, yet we still have not received it nor has our tracking information been updated! I reached out to customer service yesterday and was met with some off putting responses as far as the tracking and where my package was, in addition to my questioning the fact my card would be charged again for September without having received my first package when I simply asked for my "subscription" to be placed on hold and my card not charged till I had in fact received my first order. The representative told me I could contact customer care between the 1st and the 5th to hold for September. Very disappointing!
