I did not receive all of my replacement items. I sent in 2 returns together and I believe the 2nd one inside the outer package, was overlooked possibly.

I bought five pairs of shoes at a very good price. The shoes all fit and the quality is amazing but my delivery time was off. It arrived after my predicted time of delivery. I had to wait for a whole month before I got them.

I did not receive my reminder e-mail for the past 2 months, so I was charged accordingly since I did not skip. Both times I tried to reach out to Fab Kids concerning this via their on-line chat. I was able to talk to a "customer service" rep who would then forward my issue and I Would immediately be disconnected. This happened several times. I would like to cancel my membership, but it's definitely not convenient to do so. I work during the day and have poor cell service so I'm not able to call.

We love shopping at fab kids, the prices are fair and products are very good quality. My granddaughter absolutely loves her wardrobe. I would just like to see more jeans for girls.

My Oder was delivered sooner than the expected date. My daughter was extremely happy. The quality of the products were fantastic. The part of the boots that light up are super bright.
