My experience with Fab Kids was not great. My order was lost in the mail way over the standard shipping time. I contacted customer service a couple times in the chat feature and was disconnected multiple times. I called the customer service hotline and was told that my order was processed as returned which I did not want to happen. Customer service says they would reship the order but only four items were available out of the -10 items I ordered

Two pair of the leggings that I bought for my daughter ripped in the butt. One while she was in school and one while she was at home. She said she bent over and they ripped and the other pair ripped while running.

The boots I ordered for my step son are really hard for him to get on and off because they tie.I shouldn't complain he doesn't know how to tie shoes yet. But the description clearly stated no tie stretch laces. So it was very very misleading. And yes I know I can go out and but a set of laces. Which I did do. I just want people to know don't buy if your kiddos in school cane tie their shoes yet.

The leggings lose color and the knees look worn after the first use. The clothes and shoes run too small. It was not worth th e money I was spending.

The prices of the items I ordered and the prices reflected in my cart were substantially different. Called to rectify and after an hour on the phone was disconnected. Had to start the process over. Pricing issue was resolved but it took 3 hours on the phone with two representatives. Frustrating!

The most frustrating of all monthly membership- I had forgotten it was charging me monthly $29.99. I accumulated a balance of $300. I asked for it back, they declined. So we worked to spend it. The hard part was it you bought something with your credit, they would only apply $29.99. So excess would be charged to me. It was like using part of my credit and getting more cash from me. I just wanted to run down my $300 but had to spend more to use my $300. It was really unethical. And a scam for more money. Clothes quality is meh. My daughter was never a fan. Shoe quality isn't good. I'm surprised they stay in business

You get your stuff in a very timely fashion. Which is not too common outside of Amazon, Target, and Walmart. That's a huge plus for me. Their clothes are cute, another plus. I ordered 2 pair of boots different sizes and they mixed up the sizes. I get it mistakes happen. I am too lazy to send them back. So my girls just had to switch shoes. Also a couple pairs of leggings I bought shrunk and got washed out after a couple of washes. But hey we are talking about kids who can be rough on clothes and leggings which are cheap to begin with. They do have a no hassle return/exchange policy which I have not exercised. But it the policy looks good and helps you have a lot of confidence. I don't like shopping from places that makes it a big headache to return something. Again I haven't put it to the test. I would rate them a 4.5 based on the experience I have had so far.

I have been a member with Fabkids since 2009. My daughter's love their clothes and shoes. I love how convenient and simple it is to shop. Fun and appropriate styles for kids. I appreciate the monthly reminders for the option to shop or skip the month. Never any hassle or guilt for skipping.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
