Still waiting upon delivery of my purchase
May miss my grand daughter's birthday as a result. Extremely disappointed
It's been a month and still no package delivered. It keeps changing pushing it farther back every time I look at it. It's very irritating.
I have tried to cancel on several occasions and waiting for someone to join the chat for an extended period of time is not feasible
We LOVE the shoes! We got them on sale for about $13 and they are wonderful Ugg dupes for that price. I was worried about the quality but they truly are nice shoes and the color (light pink) is so fun and cute. I do feel that these are made slightly small. Maybe half a size smaller. I sized up a size so that my daughter could wear thick socks with them and I'm glad I did because I think her normal size would've either been snug or overall too small. The one size up was only half a size too big for her. Which did work out perfect for the thicker socks.
My issue remains with the shipping. We have had snow in the area so it wasn't necessarily the amount of time it took but that I was getting notifications that it was out for delivery when it wasn't. It got stuck about 2 hours away from me when I would get mail shipped from other carriers from the same exact area delivered, but instead I would get notified that it was out for delivery and then nothing. This happened for about a week. I know OnTrac is a smaller company so I'm sure there were days that they let their employees stay home and off the roads, but the notifications were a little frustrating especially after the second and third time. For reference I placed the order on the 5th and it just got here on the 21st -- so from the expected delivery date until the 21st I was notified that it was out for delivery. They then delivered it to the wrong house that was 4-5 houses down from me. Thankfully our distant-neighbors were very kind and I was able to get the package from them.
I gave them 4 stars, but I wish I could give 3.5... the shoes are great and we love them, but there are other places with good quality, good priced shoes to order from. This was our first purchase and may not be our last, but the shipping carrier will definitely have me hesitating to order again. They did not leave a good first impression.
It is not correct to take money from the card without authorization

I work in the returns department where I see the fab kids clothing. On the website it doesn't show ALL of the clothes. But everything is so cute.
Super satisfying delivery & product.
Got a pair of boots for my 3 1/2 year old girl and she absolutely loves it and it's soft inside out. They seem to be comfortable not hurting her toes. Looking forward to buying more in future.
Most of my purchases have been for my two great nieces in New Mexico. Since I'm in Texas, having the clothes delivered to my sister (their grandmother, also in New Mexico about 3 miles from their house) is the smart and frugal thing to do. This last order took much more time than normal so the girls didn't get the two Christmas outfits (chosen for them to wear from Thanksgiving through Christmas) until several days later. Top that off with my account (my name is Billye Johnson) is now in my sister's name (Karen McCullough). See the account name below in this evaluation. Can we get everything taken care of before 2025?

This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
The selection for bigger kids is slim so it was becoming harder to spend credits. I let the credits build up, having no idea that credits expire and lost my hard-earned money. I canceled my membership a few months ago and only logged in to spend the credits I have left before they expire and suddenly I'm charged a member credit again! I did not subscribe!
Love the prices and the rush to get them here quality is excellent as well

Esta vez me quedaron muy mal. Era mi segunda compra y tuve que llamar a cancelarla. Mi pedido nunca tuvo actualizaciones solo que estaba esperando ser recogido desde el día 30 hice el pedido y ya 12 días después nada.
