Had a $49 credit with you all. So I spent $47, I was charged the $47 and the $49 monthly and was told when I called that real total was $97 regardless if they stuff I got was on sale I was charged the original price. Even though when I checked out it said $47

I did not understand that they would take $50 Payment if I did not skip a month so I will be letting go my membership. And I do not understand the prices it says one thing and you pay another I will not use fab kids again good products but just confusion about the website and the memberships.

What a SCAM! I placed an order, received the order and immediately returned the order. The product was cheap and disproportionately sized. Torso was too short, arms were too long. To add insult to injury, after returning the items, they had the nerve to continue charging me a monthly 29.95 fee for three months after I cancelled and returned everything. OMG. DONT USE OR PURCHASE FROM THIS site. There are so many other options.
I ordered two pairs of shoes for my daughter. I was really impressed with the time of shipping. It was super fast. The only thing I noticed was the sizes were a bit bigger than what those particular sizers normally are. Like I ordered a size 13, and they looked more like a 1. But overall, I was happy with them.

I think the clothes look cute but don't think I'm really getting a deal, $50 a month and I maybe get two outfits out of it (and a extra pair of tights) and still end up paying a bit more money. I may give it a month a then cancelling.

I've been charged monthly for a while & thought I could pay for my shoes with the balance I've accrued but that wasn't the case. My bank account got charged & I still have a balance at fabkids. I use fabkids as a convenience. It's certainly not cheaper nor better quality than other shoe stores. Why keep my money & my rewards but charge my bank account? Sure, you'll get more money upfront but you'll lose potential & current loyal customers. I won't be letting fabkids charge my bank account again. I'll be spending what balance I have left & I'll be deleting my account. You guys are dirty business people. I've told everyone I know about this.

I ordered boots in Oct. 2016 for my granddaughter's birthday. I did not realize at the time that they would be taking from my card automatically every single month. My husband realized this in January of 2017. I called and spoke with Rosie, who informed me I would have credit for 2 months of the charges, but I would have to pay full retail prices instead of the Fabkid prices, but they would cancel my membership. Wasn't happy about that, but okay, whatever. I assumed it would then be taken care of. Since my husband handles all of the bills, I did not pay attention to the bank statements each month. That is until he told me we were charged again. I went back through our statements today. I have been charged every. Single. Month. Since that phone call. Not a happy camper whatsoever!

I had not had time to read all the memberships and at the moment i got a notification that said i could get a free pair of shoes and only pay shipping for becoming a member but it never said i was going to get charged $50 a month for getting a free pair of shoes… they just want to get money out of people.

On previous order shoes were too big so I sized down to make sure we had the correct size and these were still too big. Had hard time placing order. Tried to use all credits and it wouldn't not allow it

Haven't had a single complaint about any of the shoes we've ordered. Great quality and they fit nicely.
My first experience with FabKids was ordering shoes and boots for my daughter. They were decent quality and durable. When shopping for another pair of shoes I decided to purchase one of the recommended outfits and the quality was underwhelming, especially for the price (even with 'VIP' markdown). The outfit came with clip- in hair extensions that arrived cracked and unusable. I attempted to chat with customer service but have not heard back. I would have sent the outfit back but my daughter liked the print. Disappointed in the quality of the clothes; would only buy shoes again.

Worst ever i ordered one outfit which was HORRIBLE quality and they enrolled me without my knowledge as a V. I. P which means they charge you 29.95 a month and when you call to cancel you just nearly have to get rude to get them to understand I want my money back and cancel it all! And now i have to wait 5-7 days to get my money.
Ever since I found FabKids, I have been very happy with their clothes and their customer service. The clothes last my daughter a long time without getting holes or fading. My daughter is always happy with her choices and loves all her clothes. She tells all her friends and I tell their mothers.

I had made a large order that was delivered, according to all the documentation. Unfortunately when I got home it was not still on my porch. I called to report the issue and reorder the items (I didn't expect to get anything for free I just wanted help to reorder the entire order rather than manually finding all the items online again in all the sizes) I was told to call back in 2 days. When I called back in two days, I was again on the phone for an extended period of time and asked to call back again in another 2 days. By this time there was no chance of ordering my items and getting them in time to give as gifts. I had asked repeatedly if I should just reorder them myself and was told to call back, call back, call back.

At first I didn't get paying 40 a month, but then I started loving it! Every few months I pick out more clothes for my kids that I've already paid for. My husband even likes it now. Which is not normal haha. Plus the clothes and shoes and accessories are high quality and super cute. My girls LOVE their fabkids clothes and shoes and hats!

Fabkid is fraudulent and sketchy. I never sighed up for a membership but they sighed me up anyways, and started to take my money. I've called several times and they hung up in my face. They have charged me three times already before i noticed that they were taking my money. When i finally got through, the man on the phone walked me through a "refund" process and at the end he gave me a 1800 number to call and complete the process, but the number he gave me was a 1800 information line.so at this point i am so angry because i feel like they are playing games.so then i call back and ask to speak to a supervisor, and the lady just hung up in my face. I never got my money back and they are still taking money from me. Its sad that people will take money from others knowing the hard times we are in right now.

I wanted to cancel my membership and I didn't care for the number of times I was asked if I wanted to skip instead. I understand the reasoning and it's no fault of the rep I had on the phone. She was great and helpful.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
