The clothes were wonderful and true to size. My son loves them and I'm happy to have tried them out. A lot of things are affordable but not the monthly fee, for me at this time.

The clothes and shoes don't withstand play or washing very well. It's never worth buying at full price because of the poor quality. Nothing lasts long enough. Recently the designs have become extremely hectic. It would be nice to see some more classic looks.

Someone stole my package and I reached out to speak to customer service, the person was rude and did offer any solutions other then telling me everything is out of stock and that I won't be able to use my discount that i had. They did not put my apartment number even though I had it in my settings. So I ended up canceling the subscription. Now I'm out of 3 shirts for my god son which was part of his Christmas present.

Clothes are not great quality, fit very inconsistent. You end up paying far more than what the clothes are really worth. They make cancelling difficult. I never write reviews, but feel obligated to advise against getting sucked in to this weird subscription model.

I have been a faithful customer of JustFab for several years and FabKids for at least 2. I have never not received an order. Nearly a month since placing my order, it is has not been received. The only update is from Dec 12. If someone can help with this, it would be appreciated. My daughter loves the clothes and shoes from FabKids and I hope to continue ordering here. Thank you!

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
