Have a whole bunch of "points" accumulated and finally wanted to use them. I place my order and the WHOLE thing was cancelled due to them not having any of the items available. I don't understand. Not just 1 item but ALL! Took all that time to pick out outfits and shoes. At this point I just want all my money back from my points that accumulated over the months that I paid!
I ordered on 11/21 and still have not recieved my order. (It's 12/9 today). They sent me a tracking number and it gives no information. Just says "it's on its way" and has been saying that since 11/26. I've ordered from FabKids before and it arrived no problem so I'm not sure what's going on with this. Hopefully it arrives soon.
Never any problems. Easy order and beautiful items.
The clothes are cute but the shoes fall apart right away. I feel like my girls barely wear them and the bottom comes apart from the sole or they say the boots are too stiff and make weird noises when they walk. I usually have to size up in the clothing.

I bought my grandson 2 pair of shoes. The one pair was too small even though they were exact same size. The other pair made a raw spot on his ankle where the Velcro rubbed against his skin. No matter how we moved the strap it still rubbed against his skin.

Who could really ask for more. I wS really pleased with the quality for price from kids. With everything becoming so expensive.this is an awesome alternative to big name stores. I even made a real on Instagram showcasing some of the items. Take a *******@beautifuldaisy1

They are super cute but I've ordered from them a few times and the items just don't seem to last. The clothes stretch at knees and elbows and start to fade but the second or third wash. The sizing is always off and the shoes and boots are always ripping warring and tearing after jsut a few weeks.
Thee customer service is very nice if you can actually get a hold of someone through email- over the phone is hard.

The most frustrating of all monthly membership- I had forgotten it was charging me monthly $29.99. I accumulated a balance of $300. I asked for it back, they declined. So we worked to spend it. The hard part was it you bought something with your credit, they would only apply $29.99. So excess would be charged to me. It was like using part of my credit and getting more cash from me. I just wanted to run down my $300 but had to spend more to use my $300. It was really unethical. And a scam for more money. Clothes quality is meh. My daughter was never a fan. Shoe quality isn't good. I'm surprised they stay in business

I love there shoes for girls but I wish they had better shoes for boys, would come back more frequently! But over all great experience, shoes came quick and on time. Very satisfied customer definitely recommend!

I bought my boy a little jacket this Monday and I am very disappointed with my order.The workmanship is just not acceptable, but this site just stick the unwanted merchandise with its customers, poor business practice!
Honestly, what is the point of leggings if you can see their underwear clearly through them? The one pair that wasn't see through felt as rough as sandpaper. Not at all worth the price. I'll stick with Target or Walmart instead.

I ordered my daughter 2 pairs of shoes... When they came they were crap and the sizes couldn't be more off! Then unbeknownst to me, I apparently had been charged $30 a month for some membership I didn't even know I was a part of! This place stinks go to Payless shoes you'd be happier...
I ordered 2 pair each for both my girls. My 4 year old loved her dinosaur and white tennis shoes but my 7 year old had an issue with her low top meow shoes. She swore they fit her feet but a day at school proved wrong. I may have to return them but the overall appearance, and look was just as they were online. And luckily they now have klarna/Affirm!

The products are terrible. I bought 2 pairs of shoes that literally fell apart within a week. I also did not realize they charge $40 a month when you sign up and they wouldn't refund it once I figured it out!

I recently ordered shoes for both my daughters. I DID NOT sign up for ANY membership of any kind! They emailed me and said I have almost $40 in credit and that was strange to me so I looked at my bank account. They took my from MY account and tried to con me to spending it on their site. Then I try to delete my account and all my info and guess what, there's no cancel option. I looked in their terms of service and it says no obligation or fee. Then I find out I'm not the first person they did this to. This is a terrible company that cons people out of money. If I have to change my bank in order for them to not get a dime I will. 0 stars!

Love the VIP membership. It costs money every month for the membership but you get your money you pay back as a credit in your account plus because you are a VIP member you get crazy good deals on there products. And there rewards program adds up fast and they have lots of stuff you can get with just rewards points even shoes or an extra $10 and you can use more then one promo/ discount offer at once. Anyways every time I get stuff my cart of around $130 will be like $7 and that's for 2pair of shoes 5 pair of pants and a couple tops. There backpacks are very good quality and my daughter loves them.

Great buy. The shoes were also well cushioned. Which is perfect! Kids deserve comfort as well
I got my little girl a pair of the multi color light up shoes and she only wore them two times so far, because after wearing them for one day the rubber strip at the bottom of the shoes started tearing away from the shoe and the cat eyes or eyelashes rubbed off too. The green camo shoes I got for my little boy look nothing like the picture shown and look almost black and you can't see the camo. The other shoes I got for my little boy; both the other 2 pairs had scratches on the side and also like white plastic stuff stuck on them. All of them are super cute, but there was something wrong with almost all the pairs, besides the black boots I got my little girl.

I was satisfied with my order. The boots are really cute. What I am very upset with is there is another charge on my bank account from yesterday for 49.95 that I did not authorize. Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
