My recent experience with Fab Hotels was awful. The service was terrible, and after making the payment, customer support was unreachable. The promises made by the hotel and what I experienced were completely different. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book through Fab Hotels based on my disappointing experience.
Poor Coordination from the support team. Waiting for the Last 15 Days for the Refund still yet not done. Will not recommend

The hotel does not even have a restaurant but fab promotes them showing complimentary breakfast which the hotel buys from street vendors down stairs puts it clumsily in a beggars plate and brings to the room
Never ever book hotels from them. It's cheating platform, advised not to book hotels from them. They will misguide, asked to pay money immediately, before even visiting the property, and when you reach and find the property is pathetic, they will ask for the proof, and even won't return your money.
There service are suck. They never give you refund your deposit amount. The coordination between hotel and fabhotel representative is pathetic. Not recommended anyone
I had booked 4 rooms with fabhotel in Surat 3 months prior to my date of occupancy but last minute they call up and say that they have broken ties with the hotel where they had booked so either we go for another property which they give or they'll cancel our booking.There was a mass function in Surat due to which in such short time we were not getting booking in any other hotels and our preference was hotel near railway station so we agreed for them to book another property which is near railway station for that booking also they made us call them innumerable times and plead for confirmation of our booking they were playing cat and mouse game with us one person would ask to call another person and another would ask to call another person Finally they booked our room in Fabhotel Lotus but to our disappointment when we reached there 2 ladies alone at early morning 2.30 there was no one to help with our luggage,the receptionist was so rude with I care a damn attitude cream on cake were the rooms which were dingy, dirty with cobwebs,humid, bathroom with bucket which we would not use as dustbins in our house.We immediately left the property and messaged Mr Sanjeev and asked for cancellation and refund but to our despite we only received auto generated mail from them and no refund.Worst experience of my travel.Totally fraud and gives mental torture in dealing with them.BEWARE OF FAB.
I had booked a stay at FabHotel RakaInn in Ashok Nagar at Prayagraj from 28th Sept 23 to 01st Oct 2023. Upon reaching there, the Manager informed that there is no booking in my name and the hotel is full. He then offered a room in another hotel in Civil Line area of the city, which was a smaller room and not convenient for my purpose. I therefore asked to cancel the booking at Raka Inn and asked Fabhotel to refund my advance, which they said they will look into. I have called them several times till now, however, the advance is still not refunded. They do not pick up the phone now. Moreover, their site shows that I have cancelled my booking at the Civil Lines place, which is factually incorrect. They had also confirmed my booking earlier in an incorrect name, which they corrected later at my instance.
I booked a hotel room in Hyderabad with Fabhotels.
Hotel did not meet the expectation, that's a different story. My experience is with a failed transaction.
Money got debited from my bank account and bank confirmed that the recipient had received the payment.
I contacted Fabhotels customer care and it's a worst experience so far. They keep sending some automated emails and it looks like they simply don't want to listen to the customer complaints. I believe I won't get the money back from them.
I definitely sense a fraud here. Please do not book fabhotels chains by any cost.
On 24th September, spoke to Fab Hotel Vivek ji through call. I had booked at Fab Hotel Mancheswar from 28th September to 3rd October. But due to some reason could not go to Bhubaneswar. On 28th, when I called Morning Fab Hotel 3 to 4 times, the call was not connected. After this I had to go to the direct app and cancel the booking so that you and I do not suffer any loss, but I did not get any update regarding the refund. I pray you. Please return my refund to me otherwise I will have to take legal action against your app Fab Hotel.
I have booked 13rooms in fab hotel heritage Aurangabad. The rooms and staff was worst than a 3rd grade lodge. The fab hotel team promised me to pay me refund as much as possible, they forced me to pay the amount to hotel and once i paid they denied everything. The customer service department asked me to share the photos of the rooms which i did and now after continues calls since 10 days they are denying the refund claim so called ground team is rejecting with no reason. Few names from fab hotel customer team Dimpal who took my booking giving fake information, Harsh shukla who is very rude and not helful and who is responsible for all fake call details. Mr lalan kumar who assured me about the refund. Mr Deepak the operational manager from Pune i had word with him also, hez also now denying the refund with no reason.

Hotel admiral mumbai I face horrible and worst experience.I booked this hotel on fab hotel customer care I told customer executive that I need early check in and extra matress and the executive miss deeksha confirmed that she informed the hotel about this but when I reached hotel early in the morning Hotel guy on reception was not ready to give room.This is the worst experience I ever had

Cancelled the booking during Checkin. Worst ever experience, 0 star. They should have informed atleast a day before
I have made reservation one month back with good hotel and paid full reservation.
All off sudden they cancelled my reservation and allocated to bad hotel where no body gores
They do this in the last minute so that we don't have any choice.
There is not negative rating other wise it is -4 star

I have booked the room through the fab online and went to the property and the hotel says they have no rooms available and they said they informed fab about don't book rooms. We called the customer service and they said no newer by hotel and will cancel the reservation and ac day after I get an email saying I didn't show up at the hotel. Very bad and they didn't cancel my reservation. Very bad service.

They simply try to make money and deny booking once we reach hotel.
They denied that no booking was made from our end although we paid.
So I booked two rooms in Manali for one day through the Fab Hotel at Aransh Resorts Celebrity. The stay was pathetic, with No towels in the room, the intercom not working, and Tata Sky not being recharged. I had to complain to their call centre and they promised for resolution, which never happened. After my complaint against Aransh, the hotel staff became more unfriendly. My car was allowed to be removed from the hotel the next day after 1 hour of waiting as other cars were parked in front of it and no one had taken the time to get them removed. The hotel reported that we didn't show up at the hotel and when I complained to Fab Hotel, they asked for proof of stay and my money will be refunded. Fortunately, I had some photos, which I shared with them but despite that Fab Hotel and Aransh both dint make courtesy apologies.
Answer: Cheaters... Ruined my family vacation... Sad we had to suffer like this even after paying so uch...
Answer: Very difficult. But if someone picks up they are not customer friendly and just put you off.
