I wanted to book rooms in "fabhotel oyster villa sector 43, Gurgaon" so i went to check the hotel before booking. Firstly no location pined on google maps, i called up centralised number for location but was denied the information unless i book the rooms. Finally i located it, there was no sinage, front desk person was rude and unhelpful. Definitely not a safe place for anyone. Horrible!

I had a worst experience staying in hotel Aashraye. Please don't use Fab hotel as they have bunch of worst hotels in their application as it seems very nice in pictures but once you reach there you will get the worst feel ever as room stink badly with ruptured walls, Dirty linen and drainage problem in washroom.
Please never go for Fab Hotels.

Lost 6 days of my life to a cheater hotel. Chain...
Even hot water was not available and we were given hot water rod... Break fast was server cold and after so many reminders...
They mislead people by advertising hotels as 3 star but in reality they are selling 1 star rooms. I had worst experience on ooty. Will never book hotel through fab hotels again.
Worst app ever. Even after prior bookings and confirmation, rooms will not be available to you. They also charge you extra at reception. I booked my room and in the morning itself the bookings were confirmed. And as soon as i reached there they denied the bookings and gave the lamest excuse that there's no electricity in the hotel. I have to look for other room at 10 pm at night. Dont trust this app at all. Its just like "uchi dukhan fike pakvan". And all the good reviews are paid up reviews.
All customers pl dont book from fab hotels chain, book some were else these guys cheating from all customers they keep on change tge hotels and provide accommodation very far from actual place
Dear fab this stay is very pathatic for me currently i m staying in # 401.
I didnot get my food order at time. After order waiting for evening pmt snacks around 1hour 40 min. Same thing happen in dinner i order at 10.10 pm after 2 hour later i call to reception for my order i surprice that there is no order at reception i got my order 11.55 pm (arond 2 hour) totaly pathatic service. I stayed here for 2 days but i will be checked out tomorrow morning go somewere were i get a good service. I will never book this property again. I thins its my 15th stay in fab. But not for future

This hotel staff is a f*******golf and $#*!****every guys who don't know what is customer service or customer care, they think they are the boss of the hotel especially pawan and srinath, the way they talk and treat you is the pathetic, don't ever go to this hotel this is full waste of time and money. No hospitality no care room service is worst of $#*!ed up. They treat you like a garbage, no matter how you feel about, in case you get hurt or something, there is no medical facility, they will not help you.

The hotel room in gomti nagar traveller inn was dirty. There was a pungent smell, when asked to clean.the hotel staff said it will be in the morning only. Bed linen was stained and there was a bug or something which kept on bitting my son and mine foot and hand. Result we used our own blanket. My 3 days trip i changed to 1 just because of this and also no near by food outlets.
Stayed at the Alreef Hotel in Chennai for 7 nights -checked into a suite that was not what was promised at the time of booking- meant to have a sofa /lounge for the third person to sleep on. Was provided with a mattress to sleep on the floor. Room had plenty of live cockroaches throughout our stay. In addition Wifi did not work for the first couple of days and only on repeated follow up was it resolved. The room will not be serviced unless asked even if the please clean my room was at the door handle. Cleaners although lovely guys from Tripura would not provide enough towels and amenities for 3 people even though this was made aware a few times to them. Hot water when used was not working was advised that need to get into the room to fix it which we hope is the right thing to do, but they did not have a spare key to get into our room? When we escalated the issue re the lounge/sofa not being provided, were advised by the same reservations agent that a 20% discount will be provided for the value of booking. However this will not be updated on check out and that we have to pay and a refund will be organised. Got onto a really rude supervisor by the name Rashmi- who is an absolute pathetic and unprofessional customer service manager who insisted that we either take the resolution or leave it- leave it we did review on trip advisor and other social media platforms about the rudeness, in appropriate behaviour and customer resolution strategy provided by your customer service team. I work with hotels myself and if a customer has not been provided what was promised we upgrade, give complimentary options and also ensure that there are no further issues for the rest of our stay- it seems that Ms Rashmi does not subscribe to any customer service ethics or practices for customer retention but a unique prototype on how to upset and get rid off customers and market share eventually- what a pathetic piece of work she is.
Needless to say we will do everything within our power including social media to ensure that we reach this message of your poor customer service and customer resolution/retention strategies to all concerned and. Never to use your hotels for any future bookings.
Well done on such a great display and empathetic customer service. Ms Rashmi must be used an excellent case study on how to retain customers in hospitality by all hotel management and customer service colleges all over the world.
Last month, I was refused check at a fabhotel in India on the pretense that we needed to carry government C-Forms for all hotels we previously stayed at in india (all 8 of them). We verified and this is not the law. C-Forms must be submitted by the hotel to the government within 24 hours but guests are not given copies and do not need to carry them or submit them.
But it gets much worse. In response to a complaint I lodged with fabhotels, I was sent, ad an example, a completed C-Form for a person from Singapore, complete with all personal details, including address, passport number, visa number, etc... etc...
You should avoid fabhotels at all costs. This is an unprofessional organization.
I was staying at FabHotel Sage Saket from 3rd to 5th April and one of the nightmare and the room was super dirty with dust and even the bed to entire room. When i complaint to the front office executive and he said there have no rooms and hotel is sold out and my booking is nonrefundable so have to stay. Even the Manager RANJEET KUMAR SINGH and who is an illiterate person and saying sorry and apologies and giving execuses that he was busy in a group booking. I had called few times to FAB HOTEL CUSTOER CARE BUT THEY DO NOT RESPONSE AND EVERY TIE THEY SAY WE WILL TAK WITH THE MANAGER. FAB HOTELS ARE NOW WORTS PROPERTIES AND THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Request people not to be deceived by Fabhotels. They have no courtesy to inform the guest in prior if a booking is cancelled. I got to know that my stay is cancelled when I reached the hotel. The mistake is purely fabhotels. I wasted 2 hrs waiting for an alternative. Instead of apologising and finding an alternative stay, when I questioned about this unprofessional behavior, the fab hotel manager verbally abused me, threatened me and insulted me. It's not a place for families, couples or any one who is lookinh for a decent stay. There's no respect shown to guests.
I have stayed in fab Hotel Embassy Park Mumbai. The customer support is worst. The services are so bad. The customer support is useless at the time of staying. My complaint was registered at the time of staying but it was useless. Wifi issue, Food issue, services issue. The higher authorities will commit to for full refund but after that, they will not respond to calls or emails. Book the room with FabHotels means spoil your day. Friends share this or recommend to everyone as not to book FabHotel.
I had a very bad experience with Fabhotel Hallmark Hyderabad. Very rude staff and TV satellite connection didnt work because they have not paid the bills. When i tried to enquire about it, they brought a goonda, who is sitting there permanently as a salaried staff, and threatened me. And morning they refused to offer the complimentary breakfast which their agent booking.com promised while booking. I advise travellers to Hyderabad to avoid the Fabhotel and booking.com for hotel bookings.
At this hotel i experienced worst level of hospitality at reception with Mr. Shivam this person don't have manners, etiquette, sense, courtesy, that how to speak behave with hotel guests his behavior was not tolerable at all, i contacted corporate office also they tried to resolve it but not solved
Stayed at FabHotel Anjuna Beach Front... The hotel is located at the walking distance from Anjuna Beach. It is a good holiday resort in a budget price. Nice, clean room made of wooden. Had a pleasant experience with the hotel staffs. Definitely going to stay here if I come to Goa again.
Booked FabHotels for the first time. I am impressed. I would rate it as one of the best budget hotels in Connaught Place. Amazing location in Connaught place. The hotel is so rightly located that one can easily reach anywhere in Delhi. Had a smooth check-in. Everything here was good. The interiors and the ambiance. Cleanliness was up to the mark. Staff and services were just perfect. The complimentary breakfast and wi-fi made the stay more enjoyable. I have been to Delhi a couple of times and have stayed in multiple hotels. But it has been my by far the best budget stay in Delhi. I will highly recommend this hotel in Connaught place, Delhi. If you are looking for a good hotel on reasonable price.

Answer: Very difficult. But if someone picks up they are not customer friendly and just put you off.
