I booked a room in prime jewel palace based on the rating of the hotel,the service was worst,the check in process was lengthy, there was no support from the hotel neither from the customer executive, the linen was not clean, even complementary things were given only on been asked, television wasn't working, the problem wasn't solved even after many complains,the fab hotel executives are not at all supportive, neither there was single assistance call from there side.

Its a fraud company. Yes i mean it. I called fan hotal number on 23.05.2023 by 9.00.pm for booking hotal at Tirupur and they said only ine room is available so pay 25% of total booking and paid through online which they have sent a link. I reached the hotal at 11.00pm in the night. The hotal people simply said all rooms sold out in afternoon. I asked them when i got confirmation how it is possible, it is tie up arrangement between us even if they book the room on their own, need not to tell them.
I called fab people about the situation and connect the hotel people, simply denied to talk to fab and fab people simply said that amount will be refunded. It was a miserable night that i was on the road, i couldn't get rooms in the area. I trusted fab is corporate chain but felt its a local company that response is very very... poor. The i received message saying i have not reported to the hotal. I called them told the same old story they Acknowledged their inability. The main irony is that i called their office nearly 10 times for my refund, everytime they say amount will be refunded but still i ve not got. I don't how how much amount they may have like. It might be huge. BEWARE BEWARE before booking...

Very bad experience there is no good service... Tv is not working ac is not cooling. Tv ka maine 9bje morning me complain Kiya evening me 5 bje aaya technician phir bhi nahi sahi hua. No hot water system. Very bad hotel verry verry bad hotel... I requested to owner please go in the hotel and check all the facilities. Please don't book guys...Pardeep sir koi hai woha ka unse morning se bola wo bhi nahi kuch kra paaye ek deeksha madam hai unka reply aata hai do tin hrs bad... Guys koi facilities nahi hai sab online me fake daal kr rkhe hai... Bs paisa looot rhe hai ye loggggggg check-in krte smya hi full ammount lete h aur facilities ka naaamo nisaan nahi. Electricity to kbhi v cut krdete hai sb do char ghante k liye. Totally paisa loot rhe hai... Dehradun fab hotel majestic ki ye bat hai koi bat jaaaao woha

Never make a booking from the chain of fab hotels
We booked 4 rooms in wood view Mussorie and The rooms were stinking so we didnit check in, and the customer service agents are asking for the pictures to intiate the refund
We spent half of the day troubling ourselves to find a hotel on a weekend so that kids and our parents dont suffer.

The charge the customers and do not provide accommodation. Customer care excutives were not available to resolve the issue.

I've tried them twice and they were useless. Both times I had a midnight flight and when I reached the hotel I found there was no booking. They just take the money and don't inform the hotel about the booking. Where will a person go at 11:30-12 in the night looking for a place to stay!

Do not use fab hotels as they give nice picture of hotels and once you reach you will c the horrible hotel their and they do not even cancel the booking after rejecting the hotel when u don't use the service why to pay them when we reach fab hotel in goa paradise in the counter guy was drunk no one was available for luggage handling rooms where pathetic we didn't check in because of pathetic room in middle of night we where said by fab hotel paradise in guy to cancel it if you don't like fab hotel will refund your amount and now we are chasing for refund amount they are denying to refund it as we where trying to reach the customer care late night but ivr are transferring calls to various departments and cutting the phone quickly we are shocked to see such service it's pathetic fab hotels are fraud. It's a scam do not book from fab hotels.

This was my first experience with Fab hotels and I can say this with all confidence that I will NEVER recommend your hotel to anyone ever!
My booking was confirmed 2-3 weeks before our trip and yet when we reached our stay we had problems regarding getting a good room. All rooms offered were ones where there were no windows or where windows could not be opened at all. The hotel was itself so remote, inspite of clearly mentioning in the hotel card that it's near MG Road. Each trip to the center of the city costed us 1400 bucks as we were a large group of 9 people requiring 2 cabs. The hotel itself had rooms in third and fourth floors and there were no lifts in the building. The steps were extremely steep and this was a big problem for both my husband (age 65) and myself.
I would hate to imagine anyone having to go through this ever again. Just not worth the effort and money.

I had booked 5 rooms through fab hotel customer care and made the payment also. But when reached the location hotel authorities denied accommodation saying that there is no agreement with Faab hotel. When I called customer care they said there is no other room available and they will refund the amount. Since it was long weekend there was no room available nearby hotel and finally I was forced to pay double amount for a sub standard room that too also in midnight. So never ever book through Faab hotels. I never see such irresponsible people and they will do anything for money

This is a fraud chain don't go for their pictures they will take your advance amount and when you visit there place you will find bull$#*! and after that if you cancel so, they will verify that and contradictorily they will ask you that what is the proof that you visited our hotel.
So, the scenario was that, I was with my family and pre booked
the hotel by seeing their room pictures and when I reached there the staff was very unprofessional and behaved badly. I cancelled the booking and book some different hotel, when I asked for refund they told that you never visited our hotel, which is seriously bull$#*!.
Please don't go for such fraud chain. They don't trust their customers and cheat them.

Hotel whistler in bhopal is a worst hotel. All the review is posted was fake. This hotel not more then a guest house. Location is worst. It you are traveling with the family. I suggest you please don't book this hotel. This hotel not worth of more then 300 rs.
I have booked this hotel through Fab hotel. I am surprised how fab hotel listed this hotel in a catagory of a hotel it's less then a guest.all the review was $#*!ed location was like a rural area. And I paid 1000 for Per night this hotel this is not a hotel this is less then a guest house. I will booked this hotel for 3;nights and I will checked out in an hour.
This hotel location is worst location. Instead of staying in this hotel. Better option you can spend night in footpath.
This hotel is only for unmarried couple for hourly basis. If you are travelling with family. Or you are the business traveller pleas don't book this hotel.

The group cheat the customer. I booked one hotel near Mumbai International airport. I booked the room seeing the pictures of the rooms from the internet. When I visited the hotel pictures are totally different. Bad Smells were coming out from the
Rooms. Behaviour of the staffs was bad. I booked a room with 25 percent payment and I was told to pay the remaining amount before leaving the hotel. But after entering the hotel immediately they demanded the remaining amount. Immediately I contacted with the online booking staff through which booking was done. He did not pick my call. I cancelled the booking next day and demanded the booking amount. But they are not processing the refund.

Have booked the hotel from this FABHOTELS.com, when visited the hotel, the hotel person said they never know this FABHOTELS and never let us in. We have to pay extra to get hotel in else where. They are also no refunding my advance payment.

We have booked hotel through fab hotels in Goa, we reached at 1am and manager is saying we don't have any room you look any other option. We have paid intire amount at the time of booking and now they are saying you look for other option, after arguments they said they have one small room where no mirror, no AC, not even basic facilities, you can stay in that if we want... We have paid for Super delux room and got one smallest room with no facilities... Don't go through with this site if u want to enjoy your vacation...A BIG NO FOR FAB HOTELS... EXECUTIVE ARE WORST, THEY WILL PUT THE CALL PN HOLD AND THEN THEY WILL DISCONNECT THE CALL.

Please don't book any hotel through Fab hotels, they are totally fraud. Even after confirm paid booking their hotel deny to give you room and after that they take 20 days to refund money even after lots of emails and phone calls.
- As per their policy money should be refunded within 5 to 7 days.

Very disappointed with the response of Staff of fab hotels especially The Escalation Team, They only tried to cover up the flaws of their hotels, not listen to customer feedback or the experience, I advise not to book hotel through them, all property listed on fab hotels app are mostly fakes either by locations, amenities or Rooms, completely fake... Be careful

Sharing 2 pics which shows the room do not have even ac though I booked Executive room for my Family stay at Fab express Victoria in Baga(Goa).

They are scammers. Period! They simply let you book hotels and won't send any notification to them. When you reach at the middle of the night at this hotel, you are screwed. When you ask for payment they say that they can't.
So save your money. Refrain from this scammers

I booked a hotel from FabHotel app and paid in full as advance. Upon reaching the hotel for check-in I was told that this hotel is no longer affiliated with FabHotel. This had been the case for a few months, and they still have the hotel listed on their app for people to book.

Long story short, we were denied check in even though we paid in full. The FanHotel customer service helpline was of absolutely no help. It ruined our trip and moreover they took 5 weeks to refund our money.

Absolutely horrible experience and I really believe it is a scam operation on many levels. Please stay away from this chain.
