I have been trying relentlessly to talk to the "finance" department who deals with withdrawals. All I keep getting is the same sales rep calling me asking me to try the forex platform. And I keep reiterating that I don't want anything to do with eztrader I just want my money. They won't contact me return emails calls nothing. It's a total scam as you cannot get your money back.
So, I foolishly took a loan out with Money Key (never again, by the way), paid it off as soon as I could, and thought that was the end of it. Low and behold, today my husband gets 7 phone calls, saying I still owe $145! She said the balance is from last year! She was a rude chick to boot, put me on hold for ten minutes, and I hung up. I need to pay it so my credit doesn't get worse, but beware, these companies don't give a crap about you. NEVER AGAIN!
I cannot withdraw £500 that I or into this account... they told me that because I did increase within a certain time frame... time limit... I had lost my money. Absolutely scandalous. I have reported this to Interpol and also police and authorities. This company should be closed down. AVOID.
These guys no only offer what amounts to a huge scam with their trading platform, where you can never win, but they also simply take your money. If you have any cash left with them they will never return it to you if you decide to close your account. Easy scam! Don't fall in their trap.
It is virtually impossible to withdraw funds from EZ trader. They deactivate your account when you don't trade and simply steal your money. No email warnings and disguise it as a maintenance fee.
If you are thinking about investing with EZ Trader, Don't... Give your money to charity or someone deserving!

This experience was just a rollercoaster ride of emotions and anyone without mental strength will be doomed. First you feel hopeful of a new opportunity for growth and then suddenly anger and regret when they suddenly just stop responding. It's even worse when you're sifting through a huge bunch of persons claiming to be recovery agents. Knowing who to trust can be a killer. I did reach out to some specialists on the matter. Why ARE these robbers still allowed to trade? I have written to them twice, with no reply, and they are keeping my £ 500, which to me is a lot of money. I have worked in a hard manual job earning minimal wage. At 62 years old this was a large chunk of my retirement savings,. Now I feel hugely let down and deceived. Don't be drawn into this. I signed up to EZTrader then received telephone calls which were fine at first, then became really hard selling and I got doubts. (You have to deposit money before becoming a member and as they were "Regulated" I thought that would be OK.) So the same day I got cold feet about their hard sell and decided not to go ahead with them and tried to withdraw my money. I was told this would take 5 working days. 11 days later I contacted them to find out what was happening and found that they had somehow got into my account and cancelled my withdrawal. I have contacted every department there that I can, but still have received nothing.
My brother and I played with fire, I injected my savings into suspicious company. I didn't understand how I lost my money. It can be very difficult to figure out which trading strategy works for you as there are many. If you are considering starting there are regulated brokers like EZTrader with good platforms but discovering the right methods and techniques to succeed depends entirely on you.
I opened an account in November 2015 with them, I lost some money but not everything, so I decided to save what was left and to close my account. Unfortunately for me, this seems not to be possible for eztrader.com!
Keeping other people's money without any possibilities for its owners to withdraw it, is no more no less "stealing".
Please do not use this site - like many others i read very convincing reviews about people making £1000s in weeks - well that was not the case for me - i won and lost throughout the day but its too difficult to know what will go up or down - it changes so rapidly and unless you are experienced in some way in trading i would not try this - i was seduced by "you need no experience" - well i think that is misleading. Also there were some trades i made which i won but did not show up on my balance. I am in a bad way financially and thought this might be a quick fix - thank goodness i only deposited £200 - although that is a large amount for me to lose i just have to swallow it. But please do not end up like me - it was a total waste of time. Please find more realistic ways to make money. Good luck!
Under the ad hype is a rookie company that wants your $-goodbye. I bought an EZtrading computer that was promoted to be trade ready. It has set dysfunctional for 4 months. Tech. Support is terrible and the problem was fobbed off to the black hole. These guys might be well meaning but on your dime. Glean fast Eddie's advise but buy local.

This is so funny. The management get their employees to fraud, lie and steal hard working people's savings and now the take the employees money. Karma. Just hope karma will found Ron Lubash, Sami Sassoon, Gustavo Perotta, Liran Gilboa, Tal Golan, Shimon Citron and more.
When I made an initial deposit was immediately bombarded with masses of really intimidating pressure calls from a slick salesman trying to tell me that there were guaranteed profits if only I would entrust him with thousands. Eventually I just smelt a very BIG rat and told the guy I was just not interested when he accused me of time wasting and not being serious. I was so shell shocked that I left the whole thing for a few months and when I tried to start again discovered they had confiscated my moneys on the grounds of non trading. What a great big rip off. Do NOT use EZ-you have been warned!
Total SCAM! Hidden conditions, you have to upload ID and utility bills to withdraw. If you deposit the minimum, 200$, they give you 40 but you must make bets worth 25 times that bonus before they will allow you to take out a penny. So, the odds are against you. They are misleading and dishonest. Stay away from this site!
Once they have your money, they have complete control (read their completely ridiculous conditions). Then you get a call from a Wolf of Wall Street type, promising to make you a fortune, when you deposit more money. You don't receive their 25% first deposit bonus. However they will credit you with a bonus if you increase your deposit, but you have to turn it over 90 times in 3 months before you can withdraw it, if any left. This MOB are a deadest SCAM and you are virtually guaranteed to lose all your funds, with strict withdrawal conditions.
