I would like MY money to be returned to me. When will you do this?

Hi Simon, I have forwarded your query to the Head of Sales. Do you remember who your account manager was? Also, your email that you signed up with? This information will make it easier from my side. Please understand that there are delays. It happens at a lot of companies. But we are taking care of it.
