SCAM: EZtrader Ultimate4Trading - Fraud on a worldwide scale!
February 4, 2016

SCAM ALERT: Ultimate4Trading / EZtrader / Preditrend / Trading30elode / Start-Up365 / StartUp24ore / StartUpF5

ultimate4trading.net
preditrend.com
trading30elode.com

Are all identical fake sites in 3 x different languages, all produced by the same team!

They are all part of a GIANT World-wide scam, on an industrial scale, in the UK, France and Italy so far………….

Everything about all three sites and their videos is fake.
The claims, the stories, testimonials, messages, the actors, even the supposedly independent Start-Up awards and links are bogus!

EZtrader, the broker behind all this is making millions using a poker machine style, false trading platform interface to burn millions of dollars of client money from those foolish enough to open an account and deposit funds!

Watch the fake Promo Videos using identical location, scripts, music, editing and production with different actors, in three different languages - below!

1. English http://www.ultimate4trading.net/StepsA/Index?AffiliateID=8985

2. French http://www.preditrend.com/StepsA/Index?AffiliateID=*******

3. Italian http://www.trading30elode.com/StepsA/Index?AffiliateID=*******

Watch the fraudulent StartUp award videos in English. French and Italian.

See the Producer "Lisa" cut aways in all 3 x videos. It is identical footage!

These supposedly 3rd party sites infer the above websites and stories are true, when they are not. They are all part of the same scam.

4. USA - www.start-up365.com

http://www.start-up365.net/Pages/Top10/Ultimate4Trading.php

5. Italian - www.startup24ore.com

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fyZGC5vkW20

6. French – www.startupf5.com

There are no physical office addresses or phone numbers or registered business numbers listed on any of the three websites. There is no way to contact anyone as none of the websites answer any of their support or affiliate emails. The only response from all three sites comes when you register.

A multi-lingual salesperson from EZtrader will call you within minutes after you register.

They will claim to be located in central London, when actually they are in Israel!
When they call, your phone will even show a number with a central London prefix +44 20.

Register to open an account on all three websites, click the orange trading buttons on the trading demo and find out for yourself.

The only ‘algorithm' used is the one driving the EZtrader interface trading platform which is falsely branded with the logo of each website you register from!

Binary Options are a hoax!

When you click on to trade, you are not actually trading the underlying currency pairs or options, you are just pressing buttons on a sophisticated poker machine, that slowly burns your account, mathematically. Your supposed "trades" are never placed into any actual or live market. The "algorithm" has been carefully designed to give you a 100% loss of capital when you LOSE and a 72% return when you win. If you play with it long enough, your entire account balance will slowly disappear.

When you deposit money by credit card or wire funds to EZtrader, it goes 100% into an account in Germany held in the name of WGM Services Limited, the parent company and owner of EZtrader. Your money is lost from the moment you make a deposit! They mix your funds up with a bonus deposit for opening your account. However you can never withdraw this bonus amount and by the time you do try to withdraw, your original deposit will be lost to the poker machine algorithm! There are thousands of stories, complaints and testimonials proving this all over forums on the internet.

DEPOSIT DETAILS FROM EZTRADER BELOW:

Company Name: WGM Services Limited
Bank Name: Wirecard Bank AG
Bank Address: Einsteinring 35,******* Aschheim, Germany.
SWIFT: WIREDEMMXXX

WGM stands for:
Win Gaming Media.
Don't play their Game and don't let them Win.

The companies behind all this are registered and domiciled in Cyprus. However, the actual people behind it all and their IT are located in Israel. Interestingly, one of the only countries you cannot register and open an account from is Israel!

Stay away, spread the word, complain and report this terrible scam to your local stock market regulator, worldwide!

Forward this email on and help stop this outrageous and audacious scam.

EZtrader The company that does not comply to CySEC regulations!
June 30, 2015

This is a company that is known with bending the rules/regulations in the way it benefits them and disadvantages the customer. Please record every conversation you have with them. You are not obliged to tell them you are recording as they are do not tell you if they are recording. They only record occasionaly.

Cysec regulation:
CI144-2014-02: http://goo.gl/Mw8EKH
1.
It has been noted that CIFs grant trading benefits (e.g. Bonuses) to their clients under certain conditions. Sometimes these conditions are associated with the funds that clients deposit in CIFs for trading.

This practice is permitted provided that clients funds are free to withdraw at all times and whenever the client wishes.

It has been observed, however, that the above does not always apply. There are cases where the client, who has been granted a benefit, may withdraw his
Funds only when he conducts trades whose total value reaches a specified, by the CIF, trading volume.

2. Any restrictions on the withdrawal of clients funds are not in compliance with
The provision s of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law, as in force (the Law) and the Commissions Directive DI144-2007-01 of 2012 for the
Authorisation and operating conditions of CIFs (the Directive).
Furthermore, prompting clients to conduct trades with a view to achieving a specified trading volumeand then be entitled to withdraw their deposits are not accepted as fair and good practice towards clients.

C065: http://goo.gl/Fdtao4
3
It is provided that all profits and losses generated using clients funds are allocated to
Clients and in no case, the CIF may keep the profits.

What they will tell you is you accepted our T&C. However they accepted to be regulated. If you are regulated you should accept the regulators regulations. And not handpick beneficial rules/regulations and disregard the others.

How does that comply with this:

CIFs that grant monetary benefits to their clients, must

I. Provide accurate, clear and not misleading information, when advertising such a scheme.
Ii. Describe in detail to their clients the way the scheme works, as well as its terms and conditions.
Iii. Always be able to separate the funds belonging to clients from the monetary benefit
Granted to them.
Iv. Monitor on a continuous basis and take all appropriate measures to always be able
To meet the terms of the scheme without affecting their capital adequacy

IT DOES NOT!

Record phonecalls! So that you have EVIDENCE.

If they block your DEPOSIT, if they don't COMPLY with any of the issues above report them to CySEC, www.ftc.gov/complaint (US), http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx, FCA (UK), Actionfraud (UK), AMF (FR), BaFIN (D), kifid (NL), AFM (NL), FSMA (BE).

Most of the positive feedback you find here and on other websites come from their own employee's. They even operate 'review' websites to receive more traffic and gain more exposure.

Trading platform generates unusual drops or pikes just before expiration of your trade.
See their MANIPULATED trading platform: http://bit.ly/1Jng6K8

There are more video's like this. I have a local collection. Just in case.

Tip for consumers:

Don't make the mistake many people made. Buy icecream with your money. Make someone happy with it.

Why would this company help you to get rich?
What is their benefit?
You losing your money is their benefit!

The money you 'invest' does never leave the company. It only changes from owner. Every trade you make no matter if its winning or losing. The broker wins! Don't believe their 'if you're winning I'm winning' crap. That's totally false. If you lose they get YOUR invested money.

Total scam!
January 8, 2015

Total scam! DO NOT even consider using eztrader and also stay well away from any website or robot eg 'searching profits' that sends you to it!

No terms and conditions are shown or made aware to you until after you have made a deposit.

They immediately offer you a bonus but there's a hefty catch, deposit £200 and get a bonus of £40, sounds good? Well it's not and be careful because they have already ticked the box for you to accept it, you wont even notice it unless you look hard. This immediately ties you into a dubious contract where you are not allowed to withdraw any money unless you reach trading targets that come with the bonus. These targets are ridiculously unreachable for any novice!

Within minutes of making that deposit, a minimum of £200, web chat will open up and try to get you to deposit £1200, entitling you to an even bigger bonus of £1000, in order to make use of their academy, which apparently consists of lessons via Skype!

The your phone will ring and on the other end is some one else trying to convince you that you need to make a bigger deposit!

As for the rewards, well they are not what you have been told! Here is a scenario, you place a put/call, minimum amount £25, if it ends 'in the money', you receive £44, that's really £19 as your original stake of £25 is included in that £44. If it ends 'off the money' you may or not get £1 back!

You will be extremely lucky if you reach a 50/50 percentage, never mind the 72% that they boast about, unless you really know what you are doing and have studied the markets and already have a successful plan. What that means is you win on half you lose on half, no real gain!

Now the crunch, when you realise that really this is not what you are told and it all seems like another scam, decide to stop tradin and withdraw your money, every obstacle under the sun is thrown in your way! They will quote you the bonus agreement, remember this is the agreement that was not mentioned when you placed your original deposit. They will ask you for a utility bill, passport, copies of the front and back of what ever card you used to make your deposit (strange they didn't want any of these when the deposit was made), apparently this is to verify that the withdrawal will return to the bank account and holder that made the deposit!

Sounding like a money making plan so far? Well, when you try to withdraw they will also take any winnings from you and any other bonuses eg I had £225 in my account and they tell me I will only receive £128 of that when they deduct winnings and bonuses, so they made themselves a good £96, not bad for doing nothing eh?

So far after an extended chat with their online support, this is far as I have got. They say they will send the money back to my bank account but it will take 3 days to verify my details and 7 further working days to send it to my bank! Strange since it did not take them 1 minute to steal it in the first place!

The lesson is DO NOT register, stay well away from this dodgy site and further more don't believe some of the obviously fake reviews showing this company to be anything but a SCAM!

Hi guys
October 31, 2014

Hi guys
Just wanted to let you know about my experience with this v. dodgy company.
On Sunday i read some rave reviews about this company, so i decided to have a look for myself. I registered with them just to get a feel of their website and within seconds of pressing the submit button my phone rang (when you register they ask for your phone number). A woman said hi and knew my name iShe said her name was Amy and started to tell me about eztrader, the bonuses i woud recieve (the more i deposit the bigger the bonus and that i would have 1-2-1 training and advice from 2 of their brokers. I hadn't properly researched them at this stage but nor did i have time to as they called me as soon as i registered. I thought i knew who owned the company because a couple of months ago there was a documentary on BBC2 (UK tv channel) called Traders with a guy called Charlie Burton who is FCA regulated and quite successful at what he does. I researched CB on the internet after watching this programme and found his website called Ezeetrader.com. As some time had passed since researching CB I stupidly thought that Eztrader was CB's website and asked the woman if it was, she replied someting like "ah so you know about our company already yes Charlie Burton does own the website" and like i said above started the hard sell. The only reason i deposited £1000 was off the back of the false claim that it was CB's website and i couldn't go wrong. When i deposited the money "Amy" rang back asking why i didn't deposit more and again went on about the bonus, signals etc i would get. I said no to depositing anymore money and (i'm so embarrassed typing this) would it be possible to have CB advice me. "Amy" said "CB is very busy right now yadda yadda, but again confirming that this was his webiste. When i finiished that call i researched properly and realised quickly my mistake, i felt so stupid and angry, i really thought i would never see my money again after reading reviews on this website and other where people had been scammed. I tried to cancel the payment, but no chance. I rang my bank, told them everything and it became a visa dispute. I rang eztrader UK no and spoke to customer relations manager Jeremy Michaels and told him everything, JM said he'd listened to both calls as they were recorded(not convinced he did) and said it was a misunderstanding, i said "no way" etc and was very stern with him and i wanted my money back and that i'd called FCA who said eztrader wasn't registered but that i woud report them to CYSEC. JM said they were FCA regulated under WGM services Ltd.(licence no *******). JM agreed to refund me but i had to send copy of passort, front and back of debit card, and recent utility bill. My bank and FCA said deffo don't do this as these documents could be used for fradulent activity. The wonderful woman at FCA said WGM services are registered and to email the address of company FCA webiste to confirm they are the actual company on their website and not some company who's cloned thier name to look legit (hope you're still with me). I rang eztrader uk no again and asked if there was another way of recieving refund "Steve Owen" said it was company policy to send these douments. I emailed WGM Services ltd explaining above details and i'd been advised by my bank, fca and legal advice helpline to not send paperwork asked for. I also cc fca email address and low and behold i received a reply saying money would be refunded back into account it came from within 3-5 business days, in fact it took just 24hrs.
It's up to you whether you do business with them i just don't want anyone else to go though what i have gone through even though it was sorted within 5 days it made me feel awful and foolish, It seems others have had a much harder time of it and i wanted to let anyone going through this to maybe do what i did. I do think that copying the FCA into the email had the right effect.
I do hope this helps someone cos it's taken ages to write:)

English - Deutsch - siehe unten:
EZTrader is without doubt a company working with fraudulent methods.and should be stopped immediately by Webpages, NASDAQ, and international licensing departments.
Unfortunately I have seen very late the comments that users have not received their money back. But I experienced additionally that they also stole the money I have earned with trading.
Immediately after I transfered 1000 Euro on the EZTrader account, they added a Bonus of 600 Euros. An EZtrader Broker called me to explain in 20 minutes how the site has to be used.
After 3 months I became an Email that my bonus period has been expired and that all Bonus-related fund will be withdrawn. I will need to trade 13,050.00 Euro in order to keep the 600 Euro Bonus and all my already in trades earned wins.
The next day they removed not only the 600 Euro but a total of 1078. 00 Euro. Even that I have never touched the 600 Euro Bonus they took my wins. Thos was never mentioned in none of the Emails or contacts.
As the EZTrader company has very strong connections and unbelieveable high investments for marketing and nobody is stopping them one musst believe that there are higher ranks involved in this multibillion Dollar business. - EZTrader is a criminal and fraudulent Company.

RIESENBETRUG.
