Scammers! worst customer service ever, the phone you need to leave a message. The chat is the same person for the past 2 days.

For the rest is bad no real people to fix your problems you are on your own, no chat help desk just a gimmick robot avoid this place, they continue putting my account under review and I know I'm not promoting loans or illegal staff, just real estate services AVOID

Steals your money. No valid phone number for customer service. BEWARE! No one calls you back. They make you pay a year up front. I paid $2400 and have been billed 1500 $ since. They also told me I upgraded on 10-7-22. Comical. BEWARE./

Their sales pitch says 7-day a week customer service. What it doesn't say is that it takes them 1 business day to acknowledge receipt of your request, then several more days to initiate a dialog with you.

They included the following telephone number and said to contact them. *******732.
When you call that number it says that it is for legal and corporate questions only and no answers the phone; not even for those questions.

It takes weeks to get your service set up and they blame the delays on the telephone carriers.

Our service was approved by the carrier until EZ Texting asked us for additional information.
When we gave it to them they. Once again, put our account on hold and told us that we had to make changes to our web site belore they would unlock our account.

We are a 501c7 non-profit and we do not advertise or solicit membership in our organization. Our text message plan was to advise members to check our password protected website for an event or notification.
This makes their request to change our web site illogical.

When we complained and asked them for a refund, they refused; several days after the request was made.
So much for their 7-day a week customer service.

Based upon our experience, it is our belief that this web site is a SCAM.

AVOID this company at all costs.

The salesman will promise you the world. Their service does not work. They have all excuses for why you cannot send your text messages. You will just waste your time. Unprofessional people and totaly a scam

The free trial is deceptive. Each message costs 3 credits instead of 1 credit which makes no sense at all. It's made to mislead you. It's not at all user friendly and honestly I would stay away from this app at all costs

This whole company is a joke. We are a dental office in the state of Utah and have been using them for 2+ years sending out the same message to our patients regarding billing. The state of Utah requires specific verbiage sent to patients 45 days prior to sending them to a collections agency. Again, we have been sending the exact same message for 2+ years and we recently received notice that they would be closing our account if we didn't stop the "threatening messages". I called customer service and I explained that it is a requirement of the state to include these supposedly "threatening" messages. They told me I would no longer be able to send these messages. So when I said we'd need to cancel our account then and asked to received a refund for our previous credit he said they don't issue refunds. So then I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold. Rep came back on and said again they can't issue a refund for the current credit, however if I purchase additional credits they can then refund those credits plus a small portion of my current credit. Why on earth would I have to purchase additional credits in order to receive a refund for credits I already purchased? There are other companies out there- don't waste your time with this one.

This is a horrible outfit that gives spammers the ability to text the living sh** out of you even when you are on the DO NOT CALL list like I am. They pretend they have ethical standards on their website and slop the responsibility for contacts on to their end user, but the reality is they are just a scumbucket operation giving scammers the ability to create any fake 'local' number they want, any fake header they want, and then text people who never agreed to be bombarded this way. It is so bad I have filed a complaint with a Florida police department over one spammer I tracked down using this program. I am filing a complaint with the Secretary of State also. This company has no ethics and needs to be shut down,

We had used EZ Texting for YEARS, then today, we sent out a text with the words "CBD" in the body of the message. Unaware that I had violated and Terms of Service, I was sent an email from EZ Texting terminating my account, and them keeping ALL of my unused credits I had PAID FOR. If I did in fact violate the terms of service, how about a message of "we had to suspend your outgoing message for violating our terms of service *READ THEM HERE* - please modify your message. Future violations will result in a the permanent suspension of your account." Instead I lost my account, and all paid credits I had on my account with no recourse for a refund. Keep in mind that this was LOTION that contained CBD that we were advertising. This is terrible business practice. I will 100% OWN if I did something wrong, but was given ZERO warning, and the violation was absolutely UNINTENTIONAL. Disgraceful.

We used this service for our small non-profit in Austin, TX. They claimed all sorts of things when I initially spoke with their salesman. He set us up for a keyword and claimed it was free when in actuality their sales reps resold our keyword under the same number! We got all sorts of erroneous texts from outside areas without any understanding of why at that point. We held an event where we printed a "text to donate" banner only to find out that it didn't work for any of the patrons that attended. I spoke with their "tech support" said they couldn't verify why unless we had all of the potential new numbers that the people used to text in. Completely unhelpful. I tried to get a refund and they claim their system cannot refund anything that was processed more than 24 hours ago, despite the fact that their service was a complete ripoff! We are now almost a year into our campaign, have raised $0 and are actually out $225. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

After I paid for my account I went to log in a create customer list and such then it logged me out and said for security reasons it needed to be reviewed it would take 30 minutes. I called to speak to my sales rep and they said she would call back in a few minutes. No call. I made an appointment on her schedule app no call. Asked to speak to a supervisor, there was none available. Finally I asked for a refund because I was not happy they obliged. We will see next week if it actually was refunded.

This company doesn't care if you violate the Federal Law-The sales associates will tell you to add all of your customers without hesitation to the recourse. Every EZ text I associated with(three) has mislead me. They are full of it

Terrible all around. Worst customer service ever. Set up an account and tried to cancel it for 6 months. Kept getting the run around that they couldn't access or down grade the account. I had cut off the email the account was linked too. No one was helpful. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. Thinking of turning into the BBB.

I signed up for the sms text marketing service with ez texting and was rudely told by an associate there that they couldn't give me an account because my business was part of the medical marijuana industry! My business is a nursery and garden center with absolutely nothing to do with marijuana! The associate told me "I don't believe you" and that he could not help me. I was offended by this and will just go elsewhere for this service. He told me that no place will give me service due to the nature of our business. I didn't realize that since I have an Organic Nursery that I'm considered a drug lord by text marketing companies! What a joke!

I'm writing this review as a consumer who has received spam from customers of eztexting.com (from some "event promotion service" that I did not sign up for). At least with email spam, you can mark it as spam and in theory not have to deal with anymore unwanted emails. However, with text message spam, it's very unclear (at least to me) how to block them. I tried responding with text messages saying "remove" and "don't text me anymore" but the only one I could get to work was "unsubscribe." The problem is, there are no instructions in the text message on how to block them. This should be fixed and is not consumer friendly.

I have no idea how effective eztexting is from a marketing standpoint, but any company that uses this service should be aware that they are putting their brand at risk by sending consumers unwanted text messages.

They are a scam company that for 1) Allows people to send spam texts to anyone. 2) If you have an affiliate account with them they will come up with a reason not to pay you.
