This was my first time on this website and ordering custom-made cosplay so I was a bit nervous with what I would end up with. I had a specific character in mind and I managed to navigate the site with ease and find what I was looking for. I put in my measurements and made my purchase without any trouble too. I eventually received my order (earlier than expected too) and everything I ordered was present and intact. I tried out my costume and it was a tad big, but only because I missed that they add on a bit to the measurements that you enter in (and I added an extra inch myself to all my measurements). For the price, the material used for my costume is also pretty good. Will definitely withstand a few conventions/parties. Overall, I was pretty impressed and if I have to get custom cosplay again, I will more than likely order from this website!

Everything came in just in time for my convention that's in a few days. :D Could not have been happier. The tank top is rather small but that's fine. I will be wearing a chest binder for that character in hopes that it will help.^^;;

Would be nice to have measurements in inches but in all site was fairly easy. Delivery time did take s bit too long for my liking though

Great quality and totally worth it
Super great store with a lot more options than I thought there would be. I was a little iffy with how the shoulder pads on the jacket I ordered weren't sewn down all the way, but other than that everything was perfect!
The uniform fit perfectlty but the shoes did not. I was wondering about exchanging them for a standard size due to this issue
Easy to find what I needed
I was really surprised (happily) by the quality of the costume and the speed of the delivery. The small details on the costume were well-done, and the overall look was of very high quality. All that with a reasonable price and VERY fast delivery. I know that delivery can be tough from such a long distance, and I'm sure there are occasional snafu's, but in this case, the costume was actually delivered early. A great experience.

The shipping time was longer than usual. The estimation time for completing the order after Chinese New Year (February 20th) was 15-20 days (up to March 14th). I got my order on March 25th.
The only thing that I suggest is adding a reason why the order is processing, such as currently tailoring, completed tailoring, awaiting shipping, etc.
It was over all good the boots didn't fit so ordered a size bigger the top was boxy but can be fixed
