It very cool. I love it
My shopping experience has been alright, but the messenger pop-up is incredibly inconvenient. It's an additional effort to load in, and doesn't easily close out, even when you hit the "x" button to do so. It also hovers over important information in a lot of cases and nearly caused my browser to crash because too many things were trying to happen at once. I would recommend having that on it's own page or something that can be accessed when the customer wants it, not just automatically popping up on every page and causing problems.
While the price was fairly high, the costume I order came at least a few days before I wanted to wanted to wear it, fit me well, was comfortable, and was not damaged though two days of wearing it. If I found another costume I wanted to wear, I would not hesitate to order from EZCosplay again.
Fast replies to questions and help, very friendly and understanding. Product came in protective packaging and on time.
Great price and excellent workmanship
Make sure to ship 2 months in advanced. Clothing was okay, but the accessories were very off from how they should look.
So far everything has been easy to use and order. The website is a bit difficult to navigate though.

It has been great! Sometimes they're are a few alterations that I have to do even though I custom order it but that's fine! Overall amazing!
The costume I ordered came weeks before the convention I needed it for, and came well made. The wig is a blend of different colors of synthetic hair, and doesn't look flat at all. Customer service responded quickly to my emails, and everything came in good condition!
The workmanship is amazing and it is delivered right on time so I'd love to buy more from here. However, the delivery man just dropped off the package in front of my front door and left. If my fiancé wasn't home (which he rarely is at the time of the delivery), I'm afraid it could have easily been stolen.

Easy to use, huge selection
It didn't quite fit all that well even though i requested a special size for the cosplay item. It was a little too baggy and loose and now i will have to hem in some of the sides.
Material on clothes needs improvement because I barley can't move around with the shirt on
I bought both your ump9 weapon prop, as well as your ump45 weapon prop, for me and my girlfriend's cosplays. The ump45 is much better quality and a much better material then the ump9, which is a shame because I was expecting the same quality due to it being from the same sight, and being very similar in nature. The reflex sight wasn't carved out at all, it was left as a block of the material on top, the paint job didn't seem finished like the ump45 was, and the magazine barely fits into it's slot. The ump45 looks great and I won't have to work on it much at all, but sadly the ump9 needs a complete makeover to make it match the quality.
Ordering was easy. The product wasn't great quality, but it was still very good. Just some poor painting and the bracer is barely attached.
