I ordered a cosplay for a friend to get her back into the fun of conventions. She chose the Shinobu Kocho from Demon Slayer. We provided the measurements in inches, as that's what the site requests. About 7 weeks later, she received hers and it didn't fit. It seemed to have been made for someone 5'3" or shorter. We were blamed for the wrong measurements and offered a 20% discount for the problem.
I ordered a Shoto Todoroki with custom sizing as well due to the weird body shape of mine. I received it today. The sleeves are too short, the collar too high, the top portion is fine with the exception of the zipper not going to the seam where the collar should be. Everything from the waist down is way too big and the entire thing is too long.
This has been a disappointing experience and I'm apprehensive about getting another cosplay from them any time soon.
Tip for consumers:
Make your own or commission someone near you to make the cosplays for you. It might cost more, but at least they’ll fit to your body.
Products used:
The only parts I was able to use were the boots I ordered with the Todoroki cosplay. My friend could only use the haori for her Shinobu.
