Enjoyable
I tried it on right when it arrived and everything fit very well. The only thing left is getting comfortable inserts for the shoes. The shoes are a bit roomy, like I've been told they should be, and some insert and boot socks should set them right. I love the outfit and wig and will defiantly be ordering more for myself and friends.
I'm happy that I managed to find the costume that I've been looking for since not a lot of sites have the character that I've planned to cosplay. Everything about the experience was great, till the delivery process that took way longer than I expected it to go especially since I ordered a month in advance. Thankfully it showed up before my wear date for the upcoming con. I'm going to go with the idea that this time there were some complications outside of everyone's control because I am very happy overall with how the product I purchased turned out and will very likely buy from ezcosplay again in the future.
The costume pictures look amazing, plenty of detail as to what you're getting, very transparent.
Sometimes the contents of the cart disappear. The login session timeout is too short.

Outfit is great
I ordered custom sizing and I am amazed that it fits so perfectly. I was originally worried because I have never opted for this before, but I am so pleasantly surprised. Customer service was amazing and reached out during the process to check on some of the details and we were able to correct some of my measurement mistakes. The quality of the costume was exactly as I expected for the price and I'm very happy with the entire transaction. Thank you EZCosplay. 10/10 would recommend.
It was really fast delivered to Germany. Only DHL Express is causing extra costs for their delivery in Germany. One also have to calculate import taxes, that have to be paid for goods coming from China to EU.
The site has a very good structure and offerings from a lot of series.
The quality of the costumes are good. It is perfect for people, who definetly can't handle a sewing machine or are afraid of more complex costumes. Nevertheless as a hobby tailor I am not 100% satisfied and I would modify the costume a bit more to give it more pep.
In summary, ezcosplay offers good costumes with a good quality. The price is accurate, the service is very good. For beginners it is a good platform to buy costumes, for more experienced cosplayer it might be a bit unsatisfying.
I would recommend it.
Very good big selection many different choices to go off with
The final cost was confusing because it did not match the checkout cost.
The shoes were too small by half a size. Are we able to exchange them? I'm not familiar with online shopping.
Item arrived after the event at which I needed it.
The costume I ordered was just a rebrand one with a tag on the inside for sakura cosplay. Not only did I receive something that might have been bought from another place. The quality of this costume was not like the others I have received before which held up after owning them for a few years. The straps broke within minutes of trying them on to see if they fit. The snaps used stand out. Silver/chrome on white/black fabric. The edge of the red fabric showed it was sewed with white underneath to give it depth but the white shows through around the edges. Overall, like stated before the quality of this cosplay is by far the worst I have received from Ezcosplay, in fact from anyone.
Have a larger time alloted for wear date, or provide warnings that orders should be placed quite early
When it did arrive, it had the quality expected. Not for everyday wearing, but enough for a cosplay at conventions

I was iffy because I've never heard of this site but I really needed my outfit for the upcoming convention and I was so surprised by how good it came out and how fast it arrived. They did not disappoint whatsoever. I would definitely recommend!
