The cosplays were kind of dull considering the price. Id probably be more comfortable buying from ebay next time.
It was my first order, everything fitted well and the clothes was in a good condition. Customs fees was way to high :( had to pay additonal 70€. Thats kinda scaring to buy again.
I can't wait to get this dress.
No info about that custom size clothes have to be ordered sepreatly.

As much promised to look like picture lot detail missing. Shoulder piece. Color is white not off white. Shedded terribly had place in dryer over and over to get rid of extra hair from fur.

The wig arrived quickly. If I ever needed to buy wigs with a faster delivery time, I'd know where to the wigs from. As well, the wig is good quality.

I just wish in it would have told me some where that my product will take longer to make. It pasted my wear date by two months. But I am happy it showed up before my second wear date. The product was shipped quickly and everything was accounted for.

The costume itself was okay. I small step up from generic costumes you can buy on Amazon. The quality is slightly better, but the tailoring was so-so if you spend extra for tailoring.
If you do use this company, order at least two months in advance. My biggest complaint is about clarity on when the costume could be made and delivered. I did not get the costume until 4 weeks after the date I requested it for a special Star Wars event. When I ordered I followed all the calendar "wear date" information and shipping time, I was given the impression I would get it for the event I wanted it for based on their website.
When I was 5 days away from my event, I had to contact them to find out if it would arrive on time. They told me it would not. I had to get another costume from another vendor on Amazon.
When you specify the "wear date" on the calendar, NO ONE will contact you to let you know if it will indeed be delivered on time. You will have to contact them.
When I found out I would not get it on time, I asked to cancel my order but they refused. The best I got was 10% reimbursed to me.
I will not use them again.
I've placed my first order just now and the instructions were really easy to follow. There were one or two things that i didn't quite understand, but after a short mail they were answered really fast and I began to place my order.
The checkout was also nice to use, no long loadint times, easy payment methods (PayPal) and an overall good layout. I'm looking forward to receiving my order and being able to review it.
I ordered two pairs of customized boots for Sakura and Temari and a full Temari cosplay. I would recommend for absolutely everything you order, and even then make sure you over measure by a few centimeters or half inch because that tiny measurement makes all the difference. Be wary of shoe customization, the shoes for Temari only had a couple of measurements for the custom size and they won't zip up past my calf. The complete customization for Sakura's was much better, used every measurement I gave them, and they fit very well.
I have been in contact with a member of staff called Luff who has been extremely helpful. I requested an additional item which they sourced for me which completed my intended purchase.
I love that you take into consideration the buyer's wear date. This is very considerate and something I have never seen before when buying cosplay. I've had many instances where I've purchased a cosplay with plenty of time for delivery and it hasn't showed up in time because the seller was not truthful about how long the delivery would take. My delivery arrived on time with nothing missing or damaged. I was very happy with one of the cosplays I purchased, it fit perfectly and was actually what I wanted. The other one, unfortunately, was almost perfect, but it came with a piece that was to big for me even though I had it custom made. My overall experience using ezcosplay.com was a good one, overlooking the one issue, and I will most likely use it again in the future.
Shipping was quite expensive so it took quite a load of money from me, but I sure hope the cosplays great when I get it! Can't wait uwu
It is very frustrating that for some reason, the page won't remember what's in my cart. Also having to communicate via Facebook messenger was a bit of a pain. But otherwise the experience was great and the product is good for a great price.
