I'm pretty happy with the service and prices. I don't have to go through hassles getting my prescription verified or anything like that. They verified it within a business day.The prices are reasonable and they ship your contacts free. Regardless if you only buy one box.
Sunglasses never delivered. Ring Doorbell always works and shows video of drivers dropping off packages nearly everyday. I immediately emailed customer support and communicated the same. They sent a reply asking me to ask my neighbors if they have my package. What a strange, unpractical response to my email. I don't have time to knock on 20 doors introducing myself and asking them if they have my package. They stated they would have to research this case before refunding my credit card and said it would take 2 weeks. Unacceptable. They can reverse the sale, then file a claim with their carrier. It's not my problem that your vendor can't figure out how to drop off a package to my front door. Like I said, Amazon does it nearly every, for years, and gets it right 99% of the time. I'll never buy from a small channel like EZContacts again. Lesson learned.

How it possible that this company has such a high rating? Possible fake reviews by the company? Look at the better business bureau reviews. Run from this company. I purchased frames. They charged me. Never mailed anything. When I contacted them, they said it was on back order. After contacting them a second time, they said sorry it has been beyond 90 days. So no refund, but here is 30% off lense add ons. So you want me to buy something else after you failed to deliver the product? WOW! Don't just take my word, look at the better business review site on the number of complaints. Horrible company.

I've no complaints and your prices are the best I found. The only issue I had, which was resolved, is that I didn't receive the initial confirmation email after the online purchase was completed. If I could give it a negative I would they sold me a pair of used sunglasses. I shipped them back and they would not replace or refund. So I turned them in to my credit card company and they are taking care of it. This place is a scam they sell you used scratch and dent glasses.

EZContacts had the sunglasses I was looking for at a great price. I bought from this site because of all the positive reviews and the availability of the sunglasses I wanted. They provided up-to-date, automated messages about the delivery of the package, which was helpful. I would shop here again.
You should allow to enter multiple credit cards. If I only want to charge a specific amount in 1 card (such as FSA card) then it should prompt me to enter another card for the remaining balance. Instead of rejecting the whole transaction for insufficient funds.
Ordering from EZContacts was simple and straightforward. However, when I received my glasses the first time, the lenses were loose in the frames. This would produce a rattling sound whenever you walked or cleaned the lenses. Customer service was understanding of the situation, and promptly sent me a return label to exchange the glasses. I mailed them back. It took almost two weeks for the new glasses. During that time I was moving from Michigan to Colorado. I sent customer service my updated mailing address. They failed to change the name on the mailing address. When the glasses arrived at the Colorado post office, they would not deliver them because that name was not associated with the P.O. Box. So, the glasses went back to New Jersey. It took another week for them to mail the glasses back out with the correct name. Upon receiving the glasses, they had the same issue as the first pair. The lenses were ridiculously loose in the frames. I sent them back for a full refund. I would not recommend using this company. Overall, this process took two months to resolve, but I still need new glasses.

Price was far better than retail, so I was skeptical at first that they might not be authentic. They shipped immediately and once I received them I had NO DOUBT they were the real thing. They were beautiful, and the exact same design and high quality as the pair I tried on at Sunglass Hut for a lot more money.
After 3 months I can't see out of one lens. Poor quality glasses. Expensive, took a long time and bad customer service. I don't recommend.

Found what I wanted right away. They had the brand I wanted and I love them. Takes about 2 weeks to get them but shipping is free.
My husband ordered his 3 pairs of glasses 3 months ago and he is still waiting for one the pairs. It is unacceptable that to wait for months to get the glasses. The customer service calls do not help much since it is a back order. We have been ordering glasses every year for past 5 years. This probably a last time if this is how the business will be performed.

Never heard back but my account was refunded so I assumed it went through. Then l receive a shipping email a few days ago and my account was charged and the sunglasses shipped.
