After placing my order with EZ Contacts, I received a call to confirm the order and to ask if I had any questions. Such personal contact gave me confidence that I would be receiving exactly what I wanted. I did. Great prescription sunglasses.
Very poor customer service and it take forever to get your product they was 30 days late on shipping my glasses told me it would be take 2 wks and it took 6 wks avoid this company.

I had a lot of questions and the online chat customer service chat was very helpful. My glasses arrived within the week and are perfect and beautiful.
The metal hinges make noise when I put the glasses in and out. I never have a Coach glasses with that poor quality.

Took over a week and a half to get the order. That's just for frames without prescription in them. With prescription I imagine it would be much longer. I love the frames otherwise.
Glasses are completely stretched out. They don't even go on my ears.

I've had really good experience with EZContacts. I bought a pair of sunglasses and returned them. I haven't received the money from that yet, but I did order a new pair instead. I have not received those yet, but I suspect I will soon.

This is my 3rd pair of glasses from EZ Contacts. All have been prescription sunglasses. This last pair was with a very faint tint and Crizal lenses. The prescription was dead on. The glasses were perfect. Crystal clear and a huge improvement.
I ordered a Burberry sunglasses and was pleasantly surprised that my order came days before the time promised. It came in original Burberry packaging plus complimentary lens cleaning liquid from Ezcontacts. The sunglasses are exactly the same as what I tried on in the store, only a lot cheaper. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and I am ordering a Coach sunglasses right away!

I'm SO happy I found this website. I first ordered my contacts when searching for good price on google. The customer service Levi followed up how to obtain a copy of my script to confirm my order is right, very responsible of them! When I got an email that my order shipped and will arrive soon I got so excited and started looking for a pair of glasses. I wish they help me find a nice pair matching my face and style, I need large black frames to cover much of my face. I hope and believe ezcontacts will not let me down. Thank you
The selection and variety is great but I had to wait more than 1 month for my order due to several delays - the first 2 pairs I ordered ran out of stock and shipment did not arrive as promised. I had to follow-up. Customer service was friendly though

They lied to me about shipping time over and over again. It got resolved only after I filed a complaint with the BBB. Terrible company!
I am a bit embarrassed! They did indeed send a shipping notification email - it had been caught by my spam filter so I didn't see it. AND, the frames were delivered the day after I posted my whiney review!
So, in light of recent facts, I take back my earlier review! The communication was fine and delivery was timely. I would use them again.

I ordered frames only - no prescription. They deducted my payment next day, so I assume based on their website that they processed my order then too.
The website shows my order as "Fully Shipped".
Really?! No one told me!.
10 days later: no confirmation of fulfillment or shipping and no frames!
Received glasses, bifocals were crooked and had to send back! Paid for postage! When I spoke with them, they couldn't tell me much about my glasses! Sent prescription to them today to help move things along! This has been going on for about a month!

My daughter has used contacts for years we have always bought them at the optical clinic we go to or Walmart due to college expenses I went a different route and tried this site, the price was great but after my daughter started using their contacts she stared with eye infections we thought it was just allergies at first she after a week or two without the contacts she will be fine then she will try again and a day or two later she will start again, I tried to get intough with their customer service but so far no luck. I do not recommend this site.
Ordered some Alexander McQueen glasses and they told me they were on back order via email. Then they sent another message a few days later saying the frames were discontinued. So basically the week I was expecting the frames they finally mentioned they didn't have them. Then I'm emailed a rep and she's telling me the other pair I selected they don't have either. All these frames are listed on their site! She shared that basically they don't stock the frames and that's how they get them at such a low price. I called a representative and he basically said that another pair will take up to three weeks to receive and when I asked if there was any way they could compensate the inconvenience he said he could give me 3-5 day shipping versus 5-7 day shipping. I will never use this company again.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
