The lens gets dirty easily and its hard to clean it completely even using the glasses cloth. The reason is the quality of the lens is not good enough.
I placed an order for contact lenses early Friday morning (9 a.m.), regular acuvue dailies. Today is Wednesday in the afternoon and my contacts still have not shipped, however my card, of course, was charged right away. When I contacted customer service through their website chat, they told me that my contacts were in "backorder", meaning not in stock. Not only was that not specified when I placed my order (I wouldn't have ordered them through EZContacts had I known), but nobody contacted me to let me know, despite the fact that it literally says on their website that they will contact you and inform you of the situation. Not only that, but the girl who I spoke to was really condescending and rude, and ended the chat while I was still typing back (so she basically "hung up" on me). I even tried another way of contacting them through their fake "price match" thing and nobody got back to me. Can someone tell me what is going on with my order? I now have to plan around being out of contacts for a while, which I need for work, because of this. Don't charge people when you haven't even shipped orders yet. Never ordering from this site again.

The good: my goggles eventually arrived, they were what I ordered, and they were a lower price than other sites.
The bad: I was told "it's about to ship" numerous times when it didn't, the estimated arrival day was wrong, it was hard to get a straight answer from the company about what was happening (took three different conversations before I got one), and the 5-7 day shipping didn't actually get me my item for multiple weeks.

I broke my old frame and wanted an easy replacement, without a trip and hassle of the Drs office. It was easy for me to repkace the lens myself which were very expensive Nikon and did not want to go to the Dr. Easy Peasy.
After receiving my Nike Tailwind Swift sunglasses, I noticed they rattled when I ran, so I initiated a return. EZContacts received my sunglasses on June 8,2017. It is now JULY 18,2017 and I still have not received the Adidas sunglasses I requested in the exchange. I have emailed the company 4-5 times. Each time they take 7-15 business days to respond. I have called the company at least 4 times and each time I'm told my call "would be made a high priority and someone would get back to me." No one has ever called me back regarding my exchange. I was told today that the Adidas sunglasses are on back-order. At this point, I just want a full refund for the cost of my Nike sunglasses that I shipped back to the company back in June.
I had been looking for a good price on some Smith Optics sunglasses when I stumbled upon this site. Found the pair I wanted relatively quickly despite the poor mobile webpage, I immediately bought them. This is probably the first time I haven't looked at the reviews for a website I've been buying from, and when I saw the reviews I got very very worried. My glasses said order processing for 2 days before they shipped, but my bank account was charged within minutes of ordering them. The box came in the mail about a week later, and I was please try surprised when I opened it. The sunglasses came in a true Smith Optics semi hard semi soft case with everything that should have been included plus a microfiber cloth, screwdriver for little adjustments, and a lens cleaner.
I can't speak for those looking for prescription items but if I ever need to buy sunglasses again I will definitely come back to EZ Contacts.

It was very easy to order the frames I chose. Time frame was also good. I called customer service to get a delivery date after two weeks and I was given that date, arrived on time. The only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of more blue in the tortoise shell frames I received vs what I saw on line.
Good overall experience, helpful employees. I had a few questions and it was answered very quickly...

Every time I order something it's never ready to ship it's never in stock it's alway on back order. So if it's not available why does the company sell the glasses
I have been trying to find contacts at a more affordable price. After countless websites I came across ezcontacts. They have the best prices, even better than club store prices. In addition they have a great selection on eyewear. The process is quick and easy. If you ever need help, they have a great chat available that will answer question. Highly recommend.
I really didn't expect much from this site but Ezcontacts exceeded my expectations. Maybe I didn't see it but the doesn't tell you about the extra little things you get with your order. Honestly I liked that. I like finding more than what I paid for and I love the prices! I was going to end up spending over $300 at my local Pearle Vision and I paid half that witH EZcontacts. I will definitely but fro this site again and I found what I was looking for.

I was unable to see through the lenses I received. The shape of the glasses was too large for me. I was easily able to resolve the situation and returned the glasses with a satisfactory refund.

I like the glasses but when I ordered them the site said 3-5 days for delivery and about 3 days after I ordered I got emailed that it would be 15+ days. Glasses are as expected and cost less than eyeglass shop that I visited previously
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
