I ordered 2 boxes of contact lenses in early May 2021 and waited more than 3 weeks for an update. I also emailed the address given on a status delivery update but there was no response. According to the website FAQ, delivery should not take more than 20 days. I have waited past the date and there is also response from anyone. Unfortunately, there is no other means to contact them and I have already paid for the items.

Prompt delivery and legitimate contact lens! EZ Contact Lens was a surprise find while browsing the internet, now I'm stocking up regularly from them!

Pricing is cheaper than store but after ordering and payment by paypal there's no update directly from the site. Delivery took 12 days (include weekends) upon ordering which was shipped from HK where another site with free delivery took only 5 days (include weekends). I'll re-purchase again but this time i'll do so much earlier so it will be in time before mine runs out. I also recommend my cousin to buy here as the price so much cheaper.

Found this website via google search. The contact lenses sold on EZContactLens are much cheaper than the ones sold in stores. As I wear contact lenses every day, I usually buy 3-4 boxes at a go. They also have a delivery service which is great and convenient for me as I can have my purchases delivered to my office.

It was a very complicated story. I read the promotion wrongly (I ordered base curve 9, but the promotion was only for 8.5) and ordered wrong sets of contact lens. Therefore I had to order another 3 boxes to be entitled for the promotion. EZContactLens was fast in response and provided me exchange of all when I realised that 8.5 was not suitable. They were really professional when handled an angry customer like me when I did not realise that it was my fault. Really appreciate it!

Bought 10 boxes of dailies - a big risk since it's the first time buying from the website - and I'm not disappointed. Lenses arrived within a week, customer service is fast in replying enquiries, and their sense of humour in both their website and emails are refreshing.
Will buy again.

I was hesitant of which online sites to trust with contact lens orders - have heard stories where contact lenses are sold at cheaper prices on certain websites bcuz they are nearing their expiry dates etc... I tried EZ Contact Lenses, their prices were approximately half the retail prices here in the physical stores in Singapore, delivery was cheap and arrived within 2 weeks after we placed our orders. Best still, the lenses only expire in about 4 years time! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fuss-free experience!

To be honest, I ordered half thinking I'll get scammed of my money and will have to get Paypal involved to revoke the payment. However, just today my lenses arrived without fanfare and drama. There was no packaging, just a piece of order info on paper and the lenses in their original boxes, unscathed.

I ordered an eye drp, which was supposed to send me in 2-3 days. They took my money but did not sent me my drop. After a month that I complained to Bbb.
