Ordering experience went very smoothly. Customer service was helpful. The exceptions to complete satisfaction were 1. Took 9 days to receive my glasses, 2. Polycarbonate lenses as recommended by my doctor were not offered for my frames, 3. Semi-rim not available for frame.

This is second time I've purchase two pairs of prescription eyeglasses within two years. I am very satisfied with the quality along with the great price. I feel that I really don't have to take care of my eyeglasses too much because I can always purchase another and within a reasonable amount of time I'll have a pair. I mostly wear my glasses after I get home from work and on weekends because I wear contact lenses all other times.

I'm really happy with my glasses, but the most frustrating part for me was the sizing guide. This is my first pair of glasses so I was really unfamiliar with figuring out the sizing and the guides and try-on tool were not as helpful as I would've hoped.
