Good price, good selection, and well put together glasses

I wanted to reorder a frame and lenses because the frame broke today ( after 3 months of use). I was going to exchange it but decided to reorder. However I couldn't find the reorder button in my history. I had to go through the entire process which was a bit annoying.

I was very pleased when I received my glasses. Quality is very good. The prices that are fit for my budget.

I got three pairs of glasses, and I love them all. Will be purchasing from eye buy direct from now on.

Everything is great, I alway shop with eyebuydirect, but it took an unusually long time to process and receive my glasses.

I recently purchase a pair of "Dialogue" 50-18 139 C1 glasses. I absolutely loved the frames, however they have already broken. The right arm of the eyeglasses just simply cracked off the frame when I went to clean them. The frames were very light and did not leave any "marks" on the bridge of my nose while wearing them for a substantial amount of time, but I am very disappointed they broke so quickly.

My husband and I have ordered a few times now, so far every experience has been great! My recent order I am needing to return. (I ordered the wrong size for my face) We will see what that experience goes like. Hopefully it will be as wonderful as the rest!

I've selected to return / exchange the glasses I ordered due to incorrect prescription. It's been over the 24-48 hour response timeline from customer service and still haven't heard from anyone regarding my options for a credit / return. I am in desperate need of new glasses so this is frustrating.

They are honestly great! I love them, for my clear pair the frames are a little too big but cute.
