Really excellent. I had a problem with the prescription details and the person who helped me was wonderful, the progressives are the best I have had I. A while and the glasses are super groovy too.

The optometrist phoned me to ensure my prescription was as stated and i told her I was leaving on a trip and I needed the glasses in a week. She made it happen. All the way from Texas. Tell her i so appreciate her kindness.

It is not easy to pick the right frame for your face, I had made lots of wrong choices, but maybe experience gave me a lesson, this white frame just so gentle and clean. For so many choices, there are no rules what is the perfect frame for you, but avoid to make mistake, expensive frame can make you regret!

I've ordered 5 pairs of glasses and all of them have been amazing quality. They scratch easy is my only issue.

So far so good I received my original order and did not fit properly and I called them and I got a replacement for no cost and I did mot have to return the original product sure was an easy transaction

Shopping was easy, however I spoke to a customer service representative to add chromatic lenses and paid for it, but when I received my glasses they were not chromatic.

They are a very cheap plastic. They are not red as picture shows but more purple. They were not the worth what I paid for them. Very disappointing but a lesson learned.

This is a great website. Can upload your prescription, included the PD values and left and right lens values. Including reading or bifocal etc. Or transition lenses. You can choose from a variety. Everything comes in a Canada Post Express delivery. It goes into your mailbox. It's small enough and the clock that it comes inside can be used to shine the glass. It's very very good value. Move on in life and take a job that even doesn't have benefits if you have this one.

Was quick and easy, and I live in an apartment building, I honestly thought they would of left it anywhere, but I received it on the day on the time they said would in my mailbox.
