I ordered the same prescription but these glasses are very different from the last ones I ordered. They are progressive lenses and the part of them for viewing up close (ie. Phone, computer, books) is not right! Hurts my eyes almost immediately.

Second pair of glasses don't fit quite as well. They fall off face when I put head down to look or read

The frame is smaller than I expected and temples are long, the temples tips not curved so they don't fit well.

This long time customer was shocked to find the company does not honor it's "easy return process". I requested a return on a pair of frames that simply did not fit my nose upon delivery, and was given the runaround. They would not let me return for a refund after multiple rounds of emails, ignoring my request and information again and again. They responded to every return request with an exchange and upsell offer, refusing to even say the word return or refund. Initially I would have considered an exchange for a different pair as an option, however it was never presented as a choice but the ONLY avenue I could have. They have lost this customer, I don't even want to use up my member points by the way they don't even honor their own policy.

Convenient and fast. Good price. Will recommend to friends and family

4th pair of glass, i love them! A nice and fast service

Site is easy to manage, the prices were pretty good, but there was only a select few for my PD size that were also progressives compatible. After a lot of communication with customer service, I finally selected a pair which was $25 more and I received my glasses quickly and unfortunately they were too big. I contacted them once more. They refunded my money and told me to keep the glasses or donate them. It was a fuss free refund.

Put all the specs in and got my glasses with in 10 days...this was not our first experience with eye buy direct and it most certainly wont be our last.

Extremely easy to navigate and the options for standard lenses are way better than competitors!

The glasses came at a good time, but were very light, almost flimsy. Also they are glo in the dark, who knew.
